Jacoby Company was referred to me from one of my good friends who used them for drapery work in their entire house. I knew that I wanted to use their services when I saw the impeccable quality and design work they created for my girlfriend's home. Cory came to my house the day I called and it was an instant connection when she walked in the door. She is very fashionable with great taste with an eye that can see exactly what needs to go where! She looked at my home to consult me for drapery/window treatments and she knew exactly what my home needed within minutes of looking at my windows. I decided at that point, Jacoby Company was for me and we sealed a deal that week. Cory even gave me tips on everything from lighting to paint color--she's a one stop shop. I didn't have to hire an interior decorator after using her for my window treatments because she helped me with everything! The draperies and woven's we chose complimented my home so perfectly. The day my treatments were ready, Cory's husband Gary came to do the installations. Gary is the best! He's so nice and even helped me with laying down my rugs! These two are the perfect duo! After the job was complete, Cory called me to make sure I was happy...and that is exactly what I was. Now Cory is designing me custom bedding! Thank you Cory and Gary for my window treatments! Cory and Bree came out to give an estimate on shutters and draperies for multiple windows at our house. They had lots of great ideas and we decided to move forward with the shutters for now. I particularly liked how Cory took an interest in matching the shutters we selected with the decor style of our home. Cory also recommended a unique shutter solution for one of our side doors near our kitchen. It looks fantastic, and provides the desired privacy. The crew that Jacoby uses to install the shutters is first rate. I am a big DIYer, but I know when something is best left in the hands of the experts. I appreciated the care the crew took with making sure that the shutters not only functioned well, but looked immaculate. The crew even patched a few drill holes in the wall for me without me asking. I will be calling Jacoby in the spring to install more shutters.

the initial visit from cory jacoby and her daughter bree was a pleasure - very professional & straightforward with lots of good advice. it all went very smoothly. both cory and bree are charming and friendly. the second visit was to install the blinds. this was done by gary jacoby - husband in this family run business. he called in the morning to say that if it was ok with me, he could start a couple of hours early. he showed up promptly and did a quick and efficient job. he too is charming. we are very happy with our new blinds, which cory suggested as a solution to our particular needs. they are called honeycomb blinds and lift from the bottom as well as pull down from the top. they were chosen for privacy and black-out as much as for looks, and they do the job of keeping all the rooms secure from being overlooked without having to shut out our view of the outside. in the bathroom we got an unexpected bonus with the ability to both lift and pull down the blind so that sunlight comes in from two different angles - it throws the most amazing shadows on the wall that move around the walls as the sun moves all day - both my husband and i just love the effect. it's very cool indeed.

It went amazingly. From the first day, Cory was incredibly responsive. She contacted me promptly and we scheduled a meeting at my house. I think that was about 3 weeks ago. She arrived right on time, we chatted a bit, I showed her where I needed the drapes, and said what I was looking for. She went outside and brought in four to six books of fabric. We each opened a book and started looking. About 30 seconds after we began, Cory showed me a swatch and asked what I thought. I thought it was perfect, and said so, but we both kept looking. She showed me a second swatch that was also lovely, but I was already in love with the first swatch. We agreed that there was no point in continuing to look, since we both loved her first choice. Although I had absolutely no doubt it would be beautiful, to make sure, Cory took the fabric and looked at it next to the only other item in the room that has a pattern. It was perfect. We agreed she would have the drapes made. Yesterday (11/15) they were installed by the other half of the "team", Gary, Cory's husband. The minute I saw the drapes I knew they were even lovelier than I had anticipated. I actually had expected the drapes would just hang and was surprised how the top part of the drape looked just a bit formal -- surprised in a good way. They are gorgeous. I'm going to try to get a picture at night when they're closed, and put the picture with the review. I've already called Cory again because now I want her to do the window dressings in my home office.

Went fantastically. They came over to measure, show samples and make recommendations?and they even came back a second time so that we had the opportunity to look again and reevaluate. Would definitely recommend to others and plan on using them again!

Cory and Gary were a complete pleasure to work with. We had lots of windows to cover, and Cory was amazing with her sense of style and experience. She had lots of suggestions and very quickly the treatments were ordered. Gary did the installations, and he is very professional, neat, timely and organized. The entire process was a success for us.

Jacoby Company did an excellent job of custom wood blinds in my new house. When Tricia came out for a consultation, she was helpful, prompt, and efficient. After deciding what I wanted, which was high quality for a reasonable price, Gary came out to re-measure the windows, to be sure of their fit. He was very helpful, and made a suggestion which ended up being brilliant, having the top valance stick out beyond the window frame, like a box, which gave it a very custom look. When the blinds came 3 weeks later, Gary installed all 6 windows perfectly and very fast. It was one of the highlights of my move, with follow up from the office with every visit. I will use them again in the future, for other window treatments, as soon as I decide what to do!

I called Jacoby Company after having two other companies give me estimates for window treatments. The huge difference I noticed between the other companies and Jacoby Company is that the other companies sold me what I wanted- and not what I needed. Cory Jacoby, the designer of the family, really helped me with the design part of the window treatment and this is exactly what i needed. (Plus she helped me pick out all of my paint colors!) Cory and Bree with Jacoby company are a mother-daughter design team and the husband Gary does the installs. I love that! I knew instantly after Cory and Bree came over that they were the company I was waiting for. I do not know anything about window treatments so it was really important that I hired a company that could lead me in the right direction with making my home beautiful. Cory is like hiring an interior designer but she specialized in custom window treatments and her design fee is free! What we all agreed on to make my home my palace with a gorgeous blackout drapery for my master bedroom and fabulous shimmery sheers for the living room and cordless grass shades for my kitchen. Another thing I loved about working with them is they NEVER pressured to do my whole house at once. Being that I had so many rooms to do, Cory made it a point that I can start a room at a time and do it at my own pace. I decided to do everything at once because it was better for me but I really appreciated that I wasn't pressured to start right away. The whole process from start to finish with Jacoby Company was an absolute pleasure. It took about 4 weeks to get my job installed by Gary (the father/husband). Wow is he a nice man! He even helped me move some new rugs that I needed moved. I trust Jacoby Company and I would HIGHLY recommend their window treatment/reupholstery services to anyone of my friends and to you. I found Jacoby Company Inc on Angie's list. I had placed an in-home consultation with 3-Day Blinds and I was completely appalled by the level of unprofessionalism that I experienced with them. I decided to go the opposite route and found this family owned company with great reviews. I contacted Jacoby Company and I immediately got a live person talking to me and working with my schedule, the very next day Cory and Bree came to my house even after having had a minor car accident which delayed their arrival, but they let me know immediately and even when I gave them the option to reschedule they still made the appointment. They were very professional, giving me their input, but always keeping in line with the look that I wanted to obtain for the rooms. They provided different options and a timeline in which we could move forward with all the different rooms, helping us prioritize and deciding which treatments were of immediate need. My husband, unfortunately, wasn't able to stay for the consultation as he previously had scheduled and Cory and Bree were willing to offer a second complimentary home visit just so we were both sure about the product. Once we came to a decision to move forward with my children's bedrooms window treatments and signed a contract, Cory contacted me a few days later to inform me that the manufacturer was not offering the color that I chose for my son's room in the style that they were able to offer. Jacoby not only didn't change my quote, which came higher than the initial proposal, but Bree came out a 3rd time with the new product color swatches. A few weeks after the blinds were custom made and Gary came to install, he was also very professional and had impeccable attention to detail, he not only took down the previous blinds that were on my kid's bedrooms but actually took them with him. I had new blinds and no cleanup to deal with afterwards. We have 3 other rooms that we are looking into changing the current window treatments and we will use the company again and recommend it to anyone I know who knows window treatments.

From the second Cory and Bree walked into my home and starting discussing my window treatments with me, I knew they were going to be a great fit for this project! They knew exactly what I wanted, and knew just the treatments that would be a perfect compliment to my home decor. Cory was very knowledgable about interior design, which was very helpful when it came to answering my questions and any concerns I had. She was instrumental in helping me to choose the perfect window treatments...I couldn't be happier with them! I ended up going with wooden shutters on the windows in front of my home and grass roller shades on all other windows. Everything was installed perfectly and on time. I would definitely recommend Jacoby Company to any of my friends and family...and will definitely be using them in the future.

It was excellent. I just recommended him to somebody else. This is a rental, and he worked with me to provide decent quality blinds within my budget. The service is top notch. Timely, even had to come measure a second time because we had to widen a window opening after his first measurement. They have a good selection of blinds to choose from. We had a conversation over the phone and I told him the quality I was looking for which was not the cheapest and not expensive either. He came with samples when he came to do all the measuring. It was really good. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything looked good. He came out right on time.

Jacoby Company is one of the most professional services I have ever had. It is a family business which takes their work seriously. They were prompt in responding to my requests, came to my home to do the measuring, had the product completed in a timely fashion and installed the product perfectly. The shades look great and the quality is excellent. One of the high lights of their service is their personal touch. They make the client feel part of the family too. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for window coverings!

We ordered window coverings for the entire home. Wood blinds in the living room, dining room and master bedroom. Roller shades in the baby's room and play room, and a very chic sun shade in the kitchen. The blinds took several weeks to order and Cory kindly put up temporary blinds for us which made our new home livable and so much less like living in a fishbowl. Also, Gary was a dear to help us remove some old brackets left behind by the previous owner and he even helped my husband hang a very heavy mirror in the dining room. I appreciated their no-nonsense attitude and very strong work ethic. This team works non-stop and they really take their jobs seriously and your satisfaction seriously. I am so happy we went with them and I will recommend them to all family and friends. Not only is the quality of their product great, the service is excellent and the people are nice. You know you're not getting the run around with them.

It was fantastic from start to finish. Excellent service, outstanding communication, very professional, with a strong attention to detail. We couldn't be happier!

I ordered shutters for 3 windows in my master bedroom and bathroom. The estimate was quick and informative. The price was good with the Angie's discount. The owner and her daughter Bri were very nice and gave me lots of options. They sent out Luis to do an additional measure which was great. He is a great guy and really knows his craft. The install went perfect!, Luis was on time, and did a fabulous job. He is a perfectionist and attends to every detail in his installation. The shutters fit my windows perfectly and add a beautiful touch to my master bedroom, I couldn't ask for more.

I contacted Jacoby based on the great reviews on Angie's List. Cory set up an appointment with me right away. Cory and her daughter came out to our new house and knew exactly what we were looking for. My style is modern and clean so I was nervous about putting in a ton of window coverings but Cory understood exactly what I wanted and I ended up with beautiful shutters that match the white of our house. I love how they look! I also wanted drapes for the master bedroom to block sunlight and they turned out gorgeous. Gary, was quick and installed them perfectly. I love that they are family owned and worked within my budget. Definitely recommend! Thank you!!

Our overall experience went very well. We met with a few other companies and spent a lot of time researching exactly what we wanted before moving forward with hiring Jacoby and then making our final design decisions. The shutters are a big improvement over the blinds that were already in the house when we bought it last year and they were able to match the paint of the shutters to the trim color in the room. We also think the drapes for the french doors in our dining room add a lot of style to this room. One important thing that I think is worth mentioning is that Cory recommended we do just panels (not full drapes) and this saved us a lot of money without any compromise in the look.

it all went very smoothly. cory came out and took measurements and gave us some design recommendations. someone came out to remeasure the windows and then installer came. they worked hard to work within my limited time frame and juggle to fit my availabliity and we were very appreciative. the shutters look lovely in our new home and we are very pleased. before deciding to go with jacoby we went to several other companies and they were significantly more expensive.

Cory came and measured, showed me samples and made suggestions. She listened to what I wanted, and didn't try to upsell. She has a great sense of style, and helped me select a product that fit with the style of the house. When the blinds were ready her husband installed. They were punctual, professional, excellent quality product. Highly recommended.

Everything went very well. I did have a little trouble getting directly in contact with Cory after our first meeting, but Tricia, in the office, was very helpful in that regard. Cory and Gary were both very professional, very knowledgeable in their field, easy to work with and left us with a good feeling. I thought the price for what we selected was a bit higher than expected, but in fairness I did not do extensive comparison shopping. They were such a pleasure to work with and I do believe we received the highest quality both in the shades and drapes.
