Description of Work: My wife and I were looking to have a variety of window treatments installed in our family room, kitchen and bedroom areas. Cory and Bree listened to our every concern and brought seemingly endless samples for us to consider. A few weeks later, Gary and his assistant arrived with the materials. The quality of the materials was second to none and installation was a breeze. Being the perfectionist that I am, after they left, I noted a couple of minor issues, and they were addressed in a reasonable amount of time (given the fact it was the holiday season). My wife and I couldn't be happier with their products and service. Thank you so much, Gary, Cory and Bree!

Description of Work: Cory and Gary were completely professional, kind, fun to work with and had great ideas. There was no hesitation on their part about what to do, how to do it and what would be best in my home. Installation was amazing. Gary went over and above to help with the installation, including moving some art that was in the way of the new draperies (I hung the art before the draperies were installed). The workmanship on the draperies is outstanding, and they add elegance to my home. Cory encouraged me to use a larger curtain rod than I might have done, and it makes a world of difference! Now, I'm going to want to change all of my other window treatments to match what she did in the dining room:-) The window shades fit perfectly. I could not be more pleased. The office staff is lovely to work with for scheduling. Cory and Gary, who have different roles in the company, each arrive promptly at the appointed time. Cory, Gary and their daughter, Bree, are each lovely, polite, fun people who are more than easy to work with.

Description of Work: We called Cory and left a message. She called us back in a half an hour. We met the same week on a Saturday. She arrived on time. She provided us with really helpful suggestions. Cory is very personable and easy to communicate with. She provided us with an estimate and a totally no pressure attitude which we really appreciated. In the end we decided not to move forward with her proposal. We hope to do business with the Jacobys in the future.

Description of Work: I contacted Jacoby Company through Angie's List and received a call from Cory that same day! She was full of energy and willing to come down to Redondo Beach the next day, which was a Saturday, in order to accommodate my schedule. I sent rough measurements and Cory came with pricing, samples and a timeline that was perfect for me. It was so easy. Cory oversaw final measurements while I was at work and had my custom shutters ready to install in just a couple of weeks. Install was fast and professional and all I can say is wow. The shutters are high quality, custom matched to my trim paint and make each room look absolutely amazing. I can't say enough about Cory and her company. Great people, great service!
