Inexpensive Tree Services

I texted several pictures of the palm bush to Juan (the owner). He then gave a quote of $200 to perform this job. We scheduled for his crews to come out on Saturday 5/20/2017 to perform this job. His crews were exceptional. They did the job as we agreed to and they clean up well after themselves. They were so good, I gave them bottled water, oranges, organic yogurt, and $40 tips. Good Job Inexpensive Tree Services. Keep up the good work.

They did a good job on the tree removal and digging the hole.

Juan is HORRIBLE!!!! There are a lot of contractors out there and he is by far the very worst. Without wasting everyone's time on the exact details, his guys "neglected" to complete the job. I only learned that he failed to complete the job after paying him in full. Later when another of our contractor discovered the issue, the new contractor agreed to complete the job at his cost for $1,000. I contacted Juan and he admitted that his guys failed to complete the work. I very reluctantly agreed to accept $400 as long as he paid me within 10 days. After he failed to send me the money, I called him and he gave me an excuse about not being able to pay. Again, this was only $400! Weeks turned into months and Juan continually asked for more time. He then stopped taking my calls and never paid the money. I really cannot believe that Juan value's his credibility at $400.

Juan is the best. This is the third time the company has performed services for us. This first time was when my daughter was 2 months old. They worked around her sleep schedule and were very professional. Last year they cleared our brush via fire department regulations and this year they cleared a very large dead tree on a very steep hill, cleared brush and did basic tree trimming. Juan cleared his saturday (with only four days notice) and fit us in due to the tight deadline enforced on dead trees/brush in our area. They showed up on time, got done early, cleaned everything so well that you would never even know anyone was here. The other thing I like about Juan is that he won't let you spend money unnecessarily. For instance if you ask him if something needs to be done he will tell you the truth rather than trying to get extra work/money out of you. Today he also made sure he did all of the loudest sawing early in the day before children's naps. I can't recommend this company and Juan high enough. Courteous, fair, clean and flexible.
