+ -1 moreScott Bryden came out to my house and waited for me to arrive - I had been running late in meeting him. He didn't complain, wasn't going to charge me - and didn't try to sell me on getting a new electrical panel (which I would have totally believed under the circumstances). He explained everything thoroughly and gave me an honest opinion of what he thought I should do (replace the panel at some point, if it really started to bother us, but it wasn't necessary now).
Description of Work: We had a problem with our clothes dryer not heating - after the dryer repairman examined the dryer and the electrical panel, he advised us the electrical panel was faulty. Ibrox was performing the electrical work on a new office my company was moving into - I asked Ibrox's principal, Scott Bryden to check on our panel - he discovered that we have an old 1950's panel that has two switches for each circuit - and one of the circuits was triggered, so only half the power was going to the dryer. He flipped the circuit back on, the dryer worked fine and then he wasn't going to even charge me - I insisted on paying him $20 for his trouble and his time.

+ -1 moreThey were very good natured and easy to deal with. Their prices were very reasonable. Thus far, the quality of their work seems to be impeccable. I would recommend them to others.
