Harout and Victor were a great team. They worked with me to come up with the best solution, and everything came out exactly as planned. The stone company ran out of the stone I wanted, so we had to wait an extra week to lay the path, but Harout cheerfully rearranged the work schedule to accommodate the delay. And they patiently allowed me to offer my suggestions as to where each stone was placed! All and all it was a very satisfying experience, and I'll be happy to call them again for another project.

Harout is nice man, who is fully licensed and insured. He will not compromise on quality, so if you are looking for someone cheap who takes shortcuts, Harout is not your guy. I hired him because I saw what a nice, neat and quiet job his people did on my next-door neighbors' house. His people spent a full day masking windows, doors and trim, and taping heavy paper down on my patio and driveway, to prevent any drips. Because of the rough texture of my stucco, much of the painting was done with heavy rollers, not sprayers. Harout worked easily with my landscaper/color consultant, who was in the middle of hardscaping the property. All of this care and attention costs more than some guys coming in with sprayers and leaving a mess. But my hand-applied paint-job will last many more years, and my property has been left in better condition than it was found. That's worth it to me. I am already thinking of hiring Harout for some other property improvements.
