 + 0 moreDavid Holt was very professional, knowledgeable, and straight-forward. He gave me an estimate that was a range. The final price was at the low end of the original estimate. He and his crew did excellent work and were very good natured. I was very pleased with the result and would use him again.
Description of Work: Thoroughly cleaned a heavily stained hardwood floor and then applied water based polyurethane. The entire job was about 1,100 square feet. They cleaned it the first day, left it to dry overnight, and put the finish on the next day.

floor cleaning
 + -1 moreDavid took our nice but old wooden floors and made them look incredible. Rather than spend $4,500 on refinishing the floors we spent about one-sixth that amount to get great results. David and Chris were also a pleasure to work with. They were very thorough and careful. Highly recommended!
Description of Work: Cleaned and buffed older wooden floors covering about 1200 square feet, then applied an acrylic finish.
