+ 0 moreI have hired Mr. Hickman for other jobs and am always impressed with his honesty and fair prices. I'm not sure all plumbing companies would have volunteered to save me this considerable amount of money. I highly recommend Virgil Hickman, who is really a general contractor, not a handyman.
Description of Work: I called Mr. Hickman about a leaking water heater. He gave me an estimate of approximatelyy 700.00, which would include the purchase of a new water heater and labor. Mr.Hickman and his plumber arrived at my home the following day to inspect the water heater. After a short time, Mr. Hickman gave me the good news that they were able to fix the leak without having to install a new water heater. So instead of a 700.00 bill, I was only charged 76.00!

+ -1 moreHe was very busy but gave me to one of his associates. He came up with some good ideas for work. he took measurements and was able to get me a new solid door. He also repaired my rain gutters and repaired some cracks in my ceiling.
Description of Work: He repaired a door frame and installed new doors.

+ -1 moreI WAS MORE THAN SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK PERFORMANCE. THE REPAIRS HE WAS ABLE TO CORRECT BROUGHT A GREAT DEAL OF COMFORT TO MY MIND. INITIALLY I WAS HESITANT TO EMPLOY A HANDYMAN,BUT NOW I RECOGNIZE THAT A HANDYMAN CAN PRODUCE QUALITY WORK.
