Face it - plumbers are one of those service providers who you often need on short notice. Backed up drains. Leaking pipes. You don't always have time to call around and get multiple bids; when you find one that has availability, you snag them and get them to make the repairs needed. So we found ourselves in this situation one evening several hours before a dinner party. The drains started backing up in the house and gurgling. We knew there was a problem. Fortunately, a neighbor recommended this company. I cannot speak highly enough of both the responsiveness and the professionalism of the crew who showed up, in the freezing rain, on a Friday night. They rescued our dinner party and get things flowing again. Some recommendations were made about more permanent repairs which we had to defer for cost reasons. I asked the crew about payment and they let me know that the owner simply mailed me an invoice. Indeed he did, some weeks afterwards. I had forgotten to follow up with him about the payment. When the thing backed up again we knew it was time to act. They ended up replacing the main connection from our home to the city sewer system which had gotten root infested. They showed up exactly when they promised, did the work exactly as described and billed precisely what was agreed upon. They scoped the line and gave us the video so we could verify the work. Shortly thereafter we sold our home and home inspector hired by the buyer looked at the video Heflin had provided and said it was one of the best plumbing repairs he had seen. Clean and well done. I could not recommend these guys more strongly.
