Description of Work: Owner was difficult and very argumentative. |I don't recall the price however, he tried to charge us more, but we stood by the original price and ONLY paid him what the original agreed upon price was.

+ -1 moreJuan was extremely easy to work with. Easy to reach by text/phone. His truck broke down, but he let us know right away and ended up coming a little later this morning. Juan clarified with me several times during the work about how I wanted the dirt removed and then they did the work as we agreed. They did the entire job in about 3-4 hours and cleaned up very well afterwards. Juan and his 2 men were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them and would use them again.
Description of Work: Juan and crew hauled away approximately 10-12 cubic yards of construction dirt from out backyard. They had to shovel it into a wheel barrow and wheel it to the alley and into their truck. Juan communicated very clearly and politely about what we wanted removed and to what levels, and then they removed the dirt exactly as we agreed upon.
