I filled out the order online for one price. They called me later and tripled the price.

Went well, they came early and worked quickly.

It was great. I would use them again, In fact I plan to call to set up a bin for my house to clean out my garage. I expect the same great, efficient service!

I needed the dumpster ASAP and they responded quickly and professionally. I had the dumpster the next morning. They picked it up on time. Everything was great!

Things went great! I first spoke with Hector - he patiently answered my questions and helped me decide to rent a 14 cubic yard dumpster. We next spoke when he called to give me an ETA for the dumpster. I appreciate how kind, personal, and courteous he was. The other person I spoke with (Selena?) was also helpful. Everything went smoothly!

They showed up on time as promised and picked up on time as promised. Very easy way to do things and use them again two additional times. And will continue to use them in the future.

Hauling away was awesome! I called the day before I needed them & explained what I needed done: Haul away all my junk! I was able to make an appointment for the very next day - hooray! Because I had SO much stuff I had a crew of 3 men come & load everything into their truck - a full truckload. The men were efficient, courteous & fast! They even raked & swept up the extra trash lying on the driveway & in the garage. And they were able to empty most of the shed before the truck was full. And it was REALLY full! Great job, reasonable price, I will definitely call them again when I need to! I most highly recommend!

One of the friendliest guys you'll ever meet. Called Hector to ask about getting a dumpster to load all my remodel trash into. He couldn't quite get me a unit that week, but we set something up for the following weekend. We set up a time for delivery, and he called the day of, informing me he was heading to the job site. I was 15 minutes away, and he beat me there. It was obviously a family business! Patricia handled the paperwork and their young nino pulled the mirrors in while Hector VERY skillfully navigated his behemoth F650 and the dumpster on it backward from the narrow street and down the driveway, with mere inches to spare to both my house on 1 side, and the neighbor's garage on the other. Pick up was just as easy. A quick phone call and we set up a time that worked for both of us. Again, he beat me there, and again, he skilfully navigated the truck and dumpster off the property without any mishaps. He totally beat all expectations and will be the go-to guy for my next big project.

I was very pleased with this service, Eric, Mario and Brian were punctual, efficient, professional and polite. They came at the designate time and completed the move in 20 minutes. I would recommend this service.

My wife contacted Hector with the exact measurements of each bookcase. She also advised him that they were heavy. Finally, she not only told him how many flights of stairs were involved but the exact number of stairs. Hector quoted her a maximum price of $300.00 and even told her that it might come to less. The guys arrived on time , and I have to say did well with a difficult job, not even dinging our walls. However, part way through the job, the guy in charge called someone and then told me the cost would be $350 because of the stairs. I told him Hector had been advised of the stairs, and had quoted me $300 maximum. The guy again called someone and repeated the charge of $350 but said $300 would be OK. I don't know if this was a miscommunication or a simple bait and switch. What I do know, is that I won't use this company again.

I bought a Big Deal from AL. They were very responsive and punctual. A crew of 3 or 4 people came. The lead person had me show her exactly what I wanted taken away, and she led the project. They completed the job quickly and thoroughly, and cleaned up behind them. I was very satisfied, and would use them again.

They did not come to my house.

These guys were great. I bought 6 of the $150 partial truck deals through Angie's List, unsure of how much we'd ultimately full up one of their trucks, and figuring I'd save the rest of the vouchers for our next haulaway need. I checked with them first, to make sure they would still honor the rest of the vouchers at a later date. They said no problem! One of the trickier parts of finding a haulaway service for this project was finding a company that would take concrete. Many of the companies will haulaway anything BUT concrete, as I found out. We didn't have a ton of it - maybe 2-3 wheelbarrows full and about 10 concrete cinder blocks. But it was enough for a few companies to turn me away. But "Hauling Away: Junk Removal Service" actually asked me how much concrete I had, and said that since it was a smaller amount, they could make it work. When the guys were there loading it up, they did count the truck as "more full" than it would have otherwise been deemed because of the included concrete (weighs more and costs them more to dispose of because of this). But we still had several vouchers left over, and they said that next time they'd take extra stuff to make up for it. :-)

These guys were good. I called around a lot and they had the best offer, and they were better than any of the hauling companies I'd used in the past. They were on time and nice and communicative and did exactly what they said they would. I'd totally use them again.

Hector was absolutely wonderful. I planned my own time poorly but he absolutely saved the day by working me in at the last minute. They were busy, so he was able to come do the pick up himself. I really needed it done right away, and would not be able to work out another alternative. What a great person! Plus, he was super conscientious,being careful not to damage anything. I really appreciate that. I had a HUGE bookcase to be removed and a closet door, some mini-blinds and a standing lamp. In just a few moments I was rid of that stuff. Quick, easy, painless. Thank you so much!!!!
