+ -1 moreThey were amazing! The old one burst a pipe and was flooding my backyard. They told me on the phone how to turn off the water to the heater and showed up at 7:30 pm to give me an estimate. The plumber came to take away the old heater and replace the new one exactly at the time they gave me the next day. And they cleaned up all of the mess.
Description of Work: Removing and replacing an outside water heater.

+ 0 moreWE WERE SOMEWHAT IN SHOCK TO FIND THE OLD FURNACE WAS LEAKING GAS. WHEN IT WAS DISCOVERED BY THE PAINTER, WE SHUT IT OFF COMPLETELY & CALLED THE BAILEY COMPANY, WHO CHECKED IT IMMEDIATELY, ORDERED A NEW ONE, AND HAD THE FURNACE IN IN SHORT ORDER. VERY EFFICIENT.
Description of Work: WHILE PAINTING, THE WALL FURNACE WAS FOUND TO LEAK GAS. IT HAD TO BE REPLACED. IN TWO DAYS, THE OLD FURNACE WAS TAKEN OUT, A NEW ONE WAS IN PLACE,AND A NEW THERMOSTAT WAS ALSO INSTALLED. GOOD JOB.
