Just to give you a clear understanding of how firmly Hardwood Flooring Los Angeles stands behind work, we had them uninstall and reinstall a brand new vent hood that had been installed incorrectly by the appliance dealer. Crew did a beautiful job on the installation, including carpentry work and painting, except that they accidentally scratched the stainless steel exterior during installation. They did a ton of research and did their best to buff out the scratches. It was a lot better, but not perfect. I tried to live with the result for several weeks, but as we had recently replaced all of our kitchen appliances with stainless steel, the scratches were just too noticeable and I finally, reluctantly, admitted to Hardwood Flooring LA that I was unhappy with the result. SO THEY REPLACED THE ENTIRE HOOD VENT FOR FREE! This was a nearly $1000 vent hood! They could not have been more pleasant about doing this for me. We will now have Hardwood Flooring Los Angeles out to do jobs for us as needed. We will NEVER use anyone else and have recommended him to many friends.
Description of Work: The service we received was always prompt, courteous, thorough, and very affordable. On the rare occasion we had a problem with any job they would come out within a DAY to fix the problem, no charge of course. Hardwood Flooring Los Angeles and his crew were also quick to offer creative alternatives to costly repairs that were just as effective we so appreciated this as we were on a limited budget! The work site was always left very clean.
