Hang It Right

So glad I found them on Angie's List. I really trusted Ron with my beloved mirror. Excellent job. No problems. I recommend him to anyone.

Ron showed up on time. Very jolly and energetic demeanor. Has all he needs in his car. quickly makes calculations of measurements in his head. My mirrors are of very irregular shape. Each contains 3 individual mirrors at different depths. He quickly hung both, one on top of the other, just touching each other - as requested. They are not only centered on the wall, but he also centered a light switch right into one of the crevices on the the side of the mirrors. Well done.

It went very well, He showed up right on time and did a great job!! Very satisfied.

Ron arrived when promised and went straight to work. I wanted a heavy mirror hung in the corner of my bedroom, suspended from the ceiling. Instead of making excuses why it could not be done, Ron came up with a solution that allowed him to hang the mirror exactly how I wanted to see it. I am so happy with the job, and would definitely use Ron's services again.....and will gladly recommend Hang it Right to my friends and family.

Ron was great! His pricing structure is easy to understand and fair. He was able to come out very quickly after I called. He has a great eye and helped with location for each piece as well as hanging them quickly and professionally.

Ron installed 56 pieces of artwork in my home. Before he came, I confirmed that he would be hanging all my artwork with two fixed D-ring points (rather than on a wire, so that they would always be level, even if knocked or when cleaned) and picture hangers on the wall. As he began hanging, I observed that Ron simply hung the artwork on tiny nails (no picture hangers). Additionally, rather than add any needed D-rings, he merely used whatever was previously on the artwork (wires, round hooks, saw tooth hooks, etc.). Furthermore, a few of the paintings were not secured in their frames; I had used painter tape to hold the painting in the frame till they were to be hung. Ron said that he would take care of securing them, but he did not; he hung them without securing them leaving the makeshift Band-Aid fix painter’s tape intact. I questioned why he was not using picture hanging hooks and adding the D-rings and requested that he comply with my wish to do so. Ron responded saying that he was a professional, that he had been hanging pictures for 15 years (and for people with much more expensive art collections than mine), and that he would evaluate each picture's need and act accordingly. He never did what I requested or what he lead me to believe that he would do. After he left, I researched online what professional picture hangers do and discovered that they never hang without picture hanging hooks (although many do hang on wires). I just ordered from Germany, Ziabicki hooks and will be re-doing all 56 pieces, as I live in California which is prone to earthquakes and have recently remodeled my home with expensive tile (I will be devastated if one of the pictures should fall and crack the tile!).

Ron was amazing! I was a little hesitant to spend $180 to hang my art work but, once it was done I thought it was well worth it. I miss judged the height of the room when I first called Ron. I told him the height was 16' when it actually 20'. Ron brought a 13' ladder so it looked like the job would not get done. Ron then said he believed he could do it and, with his experience, he not only was able to do the job, but did it in less than an hour! I would easily recommend Ron to anyone wanting a job done right.

It went great. I called in the morning and left a message. Ron called right back. He was able to come by later that day. He hung the 4 pictures securely, efficiently, and aesthetically, even talking me out of a bad idea for how to situate the large one. His price was very fair. My family members keep finding reasons to walk by our new walls and admire them.

Very professional, punctual and he knows his stuff. It is a no brainer to use him, particularly since his pricing is incredibly reasonable.

Hang it right is right! Ron was punctual, polite, and professional! He managed to hand drapery hardware that would have been impossible for a mere mortal! He gave me an estimate over the telephone, and arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. He was neat and clean-super organized, too. Hanging items properly and securely ? especially heavy or fragile pieces ? can be tedious and time-consuming. Hang It Right made it look easy! He was efficient with his time, tidy, and thoughtful. My husband and I continue to be pleased with the results two months later.

I wish I could give Ron an A+ for all the above categories. This was a tricky, difficult job for someone who really knew what they were doing and he fit the bill. Polite, punctual, competent, professional. What more do you want to know? I would trust him to hang anything.

Meticulous and fast in hanging mirror, paintings, tapestry, etc. Also assembled other things. Good eye for placement of wall décor and other décor. I would use him again if the need arises.

Loved Ron, he was fabulous. I got super lucky, called him yesterday and was fortunate he was able to see me the same day. Got a ton of stuff done in a fairly short amount of time. I'm thrilled. He is excellent at what he does and I would definitely use him again!!

He was really good. He was willing to make the trip out. He was a hardworking man. I use him all the time. He was on time. He is clothed very well. He was very professional and very kind. All in all he is a good man and a good company.

Ron was great. Amazing phone etiquette - supremely punctual and helped us decide where and how to hang a few items in addition to getting them on the wall locality split. The only downside was we didn't discuss price before he began and it was a tinge higher than I expected but given he did more than just hang (also advising the aesthetic) I didn't mind the slightly higher than expected cost based on other Angie's list reviews which listed pricing.

I have NEVER written a review before..But I couldn't let a minute go by without writing this one. I bought an expensive mirror and was VERY nervous to hang it with my husband and not have the proper hooks and the weight of the mirror was too much for us to handle.I just joined Angies List to hopefully find a quality person to hang this mirror. Low and behold after searching the list of handy men and reading the reviews I found someone who sounded amazing. I called HANG IT RIGHT..Ron Goodman, and within a short period of time he called back..Amazing as that seems!!! He came out the next day and hung the mirror. Another AMAZING!!! Also gave me some tips he thought about decorating the area..and also tightened up some screws on another piece.I look forward to doing business with HANG IT RIGHT again.In this day and age to find someone like Ron, so professional, on time, clean and knowledgeable is truly AMAZING!!!!

Wow, what can I say? Ron is everything I've ever wanted in a handyman. What was so impressive? ? Punctual (actually a few minutes early, which I appreciate) ? Attention to Detail & Considerate (he saw that I wasn't wearing shoes and asked if he should take his shoes off - my floors appreciated the thoughtfulness) ? Self-proclaimed OCD (I'm pretty OCD too, so having someone hanging my art that's just as OCD was refreshing and put my mind at ease) ? A Pleasure (great conversationalist) ? So Friendly (my dog and I both loved having him over) ? Insanely Efficient (5 pieces of art in about 30 minutes...and that included a great chat and some art-hanging-strategy.) ? A Real Pro (with years of experience, he made some suggestions that I didn't even think of. Fantastic advice!) ? Quality Work (my art is hung perfectly and set up so that it won't easily move or go crooked. Hurray!) I can't wait to amass more things to hang just to have Ron over again. :)

Ron is as great as all the reviews says he is. He was prompt (early), professional, and excellent at his job. A real find. Nice guy, too. I would highly recommend him for anything that needs to be hung correctly and well.
