Ruben was super responsive, professional and knowledgeable. He and his partner completed the work in less than hour. They removed all the old parts and trash from the work and was very conscientious about keeping my place clean.

Scheduled handyman services for TV mount. Agreed on a time. He showed up to a luxury building downtown and said he is uncomfortable bringing tools in from street and he is leaving. If you required garage parking you should state that prior to scheduling service with customer. Furthermore this is a luxury apt building. Nervous about WHAT

Dmitrii was very responsive and showed up on time, which we very much appreciated. His rates are fair and he helped us find good solutions to a variety of issues. He also worked very fast, which was mostly appreciated except where some attention to detail would have been nice. We had been meaning to recaulk a tub, so we asked him to do it while he was there, which he did. But it was quite messy and even after spending some time removing excess caulk, it's still all over the place. We'd hire him again, but probably not for things that require clean lines.
