Overall, we receieved the permits and construction documents necessary for construction of our addition and remodel, but his communication of specific details, regulations, processes and design ideas to us was less than ideal. I know that I was a difficult client, in the fact that I have trouble visualizing details, but given his job, I believe he should have been able to impart his design ideas in ways that even I could understand and not be confused by. He was very conscientious regarding our budgetary concerns and came up with multiple options for keeping construction costs down. He was helpful and respectful when a foundation problem was discovered and again gave us and our constrution team multiple options for fixing the problem. Overall we had mixed feelings about the process, though at times his customer service was exemplary, in the end his communication left us feeling frustrated.
