+ -1 moreDisorganized and disrespectful of customer's time. Gave us two appointments but for both times, no show and no call for over an hour. On us calling their office, no information was given to enable customer to plan. For working people, dealing with providers like Hagen Plumbing is stressful; Hagen needs to realize the people are taking time off from their work to meet an agreed appointment.
Description of Work: Investigate and fix a suspect leakage under the house.

+ -1 moreWe've used them over 20 years they're fantastic. I would recommend them for anything. I know they do heating, the air conditioning possibly. They're here like once a month over the last 20 years. They repaired a heating thing. They're just the nicest guys. They're loyal. They show up in a minute. I've renovated the building and had to hire all new people, except Hagen plumbing. I would use them from here to eternity if I had my way.

Description of Work: Toilet replacement. Rooting of entire line to discover why there are constant clogs (toilet opening was too small---it had been replaced by the tenant--we needed to install a better quality toilet.

Description of Work: Hagen Plumbing put in three new wall heaters in my close to 2000 square feet home. Their work did not include removing any old systems.

+ -1 moreTHE HAGEN FAMILY WHERE REALLY RESPECTFUL AND KIND. THEY HAD CAME IN AND STARTED OFF DOING THEIR JOB STEP BY STEP. THEY ALL WORKED TOGETHER AS A TEAM. ALSO HAD THEIR SUPPLIES THEY NEEDED.
Description of Work: THE HAGEN FAMILY GUYS HAD HELPED WITH FIXING THE DRAINER IN THE UPSTAIRS BATHROOM AND ALSO THE SINK DOWNSTAIRS. THEY HAD WORKED TOGETHER AS A TEAM AND GOT EVERYTHING DONE IN AN HOUR OR TWO. THEY HAD CHECKED THE PROBLEM FIRST BEFORE MOVING ANY SUPPLIES TO WORK WITH.

+ -1 moreTHE PLUMBER CAME AND DID HIS JOB. HE WAS ON TIME AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK. ALSO HELPED ME UNDERSTAND WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND WHAT WAS CAUSING IT. THE PLUMBER WAS ON TASK AND HE HAD ALL THE TOOLS HE NEEDED TO FIX THE SINK AND WAS WELL ORGANIZED.
Description of Work: FIXED THE SINK. THERE WAS A PROBLEM THAT HE HAD TO TIGHTEN. AFTER FIXING THE LEAK, AND SAW THAT A PIECE WAS MISSING, SO HE HAD TO REPLACE IT WITH A NEW PIECE.
