+ -1 moreNot a word or call back after several attempts and promises to get in touch. I can't recommend them and now I don't trust that they mean what they say. We are all busy and I have gotten swamped myself but I always keep in touch with clients.
Description of Work: NOTHING! I called and got Greg to come out and he promised to get back to me later in the day but I never heard from him again. I tried calling three times over a two week period to get the quote he promised me from his visit. I only got his voice mail or office person who promised that I would get a call but it never EVER happened. As a small business owner myself I found my experience or lack of it with Greg's Plumbing unprofessional which for me make this company untrustworthy.

+ -1 moreI WAS VERY SATISFIED. THEY ALWAYS EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM AND FIX IT. THE QUALITY OF WORK IS ALWAYS EXCELLENT. THE JOBS ARE COMPLETED, AND THEY CLEAN UP AFTERWARDS.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO DRY OUT AND CLEAN THE BURNER IN MY HEATER DUE TO FLOODING.
