Green carpet care and tile restoration

It was fantastic! He was efficient, friendly, and professional. So much so that I put a note in my calendar to hire again in 12 months.

I called this company because of the "Green" in their name. I wanted an 'organic' cleaning of my carpets that would be safe for my children and pets. Plus, I am very sensitive to smells and chemicals. While they were in my house cleaning the carpet, I looked in one of the bins they left sitting outside. In it was an empty carpet cleaning solution bottle that was NOT green, in fact it was quite the opposite. This made me concerned that they weren't being honest with me about the products they were applying to my carpet. I made him show me exactly what they put in the machine. He seemed very annoyed, almost angry, that I was asking him. On the phone, they had said that each room was $140. The woman on the phone was not friendly or pleasant. Then, when they arrived at my house, they quoted me much higher. Higher than my budget could afford. He finally came down to where I reluctantly said 'OK', but I had to go with cleaning less rooms than I wanted. I ended up having them only clean our living room and office, 2 rooms. When I asked why they quoted me higher, they said it was because we had 'commercial' carpeting and needed to use more product to clean it. I didn't understand this because our carpet, if anything, is thinner than the average home carpet. And I didn't see that they did any "extra" to clean my carpet. They were literally done with the cleaning in 30 minutes. They only did one rinse after using a ton of soap! Also, they did not do any special treatment on the urine areas or the spots that I specifically pointed out to them. The soaps they used smelled SO STRONG that they made my eyes burn for the rest of the day, and anytime that I got down near the floor. I recommend you DO NOT let them use the deodorizer if you are at all sensitive to smells. This made me so upset because this is what I was trying to avoid by hiring a green company. I can't imagine what it smelled like for my poor dog! And thank goodness I don't have babies that crawl on the floor anymore. The floors also stayed wet until the next day. Not convenient when you have kids and pets. It has been a month since they did the cleaning and you can't tell that we ever had the carpet cleaned. In fact, I think the spots are even more noticeable now than they were before. All in all, I was very upset and displeased with this service. I very much regretted hiring them. I spoke to the owner on the phone to let him know I was unhappy with their service. He seemed annoyed by my calls, and he sounded as if I was a nuisance. He only offered to come and clean the carpet again, which is not what I wanted because it was the smell that bothered my in the first place. I didn't MORE of it. I told him that I felt robbed that they charged me so much and then left me feeling unsatisfied. He definitely needs to learn better customer service values.

After a different company cleaned my carpets the carpets were wet for about 2 days after. I got annoyed by it and called a different company to see if this is the way that it is supposed to be. I googled some companies and called Green carpet care and tile restoration talked with a lady called jessica she gave me a real good quote and she was so nice that i hired them immediately they told me that after they leave the carpets are dry. So I had them come over and really after they refinished it the carpets were finally dry. These guys are very professional and are just life savers. The technician Ben and his helper Justin gave me some free shampoo and some free door on my carpet so i gave them a 25$ tip each to show my appreciation. Thank you guys!

I had a really bad stain on my carpet that 2 companies had tried to remove unsuccessfully. Finally these professionals came here and removed the stain in no time.I then asked them for a estimate to clean my bathroom tile and grout and with the quote that they gave me i told them to go ahead and clean it and now after couple of days it looks amazing. They are the best they did something 2 other people could not do. So if you are in need of your carpets cleaned call these guys you won’t regret it promise. They are the best and the sweetest company I had the pleasure to work with. My uncle didn't believe that they removed the stain so he came by today to watch that miracle in that second he called for a big service in his house

I owe a house where I throw a bunch of parties. so i called ben at Green carpet care to take a look if he can help me with some air ducts and couple of rooms in my house Ben and his crew came by gave me a very decent price and started working on the ducts then they went up started the master bedroom and finished the office.It took them 2.5 hours that i think was abit to much but they rocked and the carpets look amazing. have worked with this company for a very long time and trust them like myself. They come here very often to clean the carpets after the party after mass. When they leave I feel like I am the happiest man alive. They bring the carpets to a brand new condition. They are just amazing at what they do. If you go with these guys you will never regret it. Thank you guys for everything.

I got a couple of cigarettes burns on my carpets and almost gave up on trying to clean them. So I just needed the carpet to be cleaned. I called these guys they sounded very nice over the phone gave me a descent price and shortly after they were here. After I came back I did not recognize my carets they looked totally new and even the cigarette burns were gone. I was in disbelieve and also ecstatic. Wow these guys are really the best company that I had to deal with. and the job they did on my tile and grout in my restroom is unbelievable, at the beginning i was skeptical that my group can be cleaned but after couple of minutes i understood that everything can be cleaned and now it actually looks like i have changed the tiles like new.
