Gorilla Pest Control

I had my air duct cleaned and the person told me he found rat droppings in the attic. I called Gorilla to come for a free estimate and see if there's a problem and what needs to be done. The estimate is free, and I was totally expecting him to say there's a rat problem and I need to buy an elimination package. He took a look in the attic and all around the house, and he said the droppings look old and he doesn't see a current rodent problem. He suggested adding one screen to the outside of the house. I was very impressed by his honesty and not trying to sell me service I don't need. I would definitely recommend them!

This company was wonderful. George was very professional and recognized immediately not only where the problem was, but also knew that the problem was due to a rat or rats. He put traps in areas that he felt would catch the rodent and within a few days he caught one. His associate Thomas has come each week since and checks the traps. He, too, is very responsible and fairly prompt. I highly recommend this company for any pest control problems.

Marco was excellent in handling the bed bug issue. He did three treatments and follow-up inspections. He is very professional and I definitely recommend him.

I told them I wanted it more frequently than what I had arranged for so we agreed to that. It started out as bi-annual and I changed it to more often. They sprayed the place outside and in. I've had a roach appearance that I'd never had before. He's been back a couple of times because the first time I wasn't sure if the job was effective so he came back. He came back a couple of times. Getting in touch with him on the phone was a bit confusing because I found myself dealing with two different people. I was a little concerned because it took me a few days to get a hold of them for the initial call but after they came out everything was okay from then on.

Marco did an excellent job. He sprayed the exterior of my house and I haven't seen an ant since. Initially the house was supposed to get sprayed on the inside too, but my neurotic self changed my mind. Marco was understanding and told me he would spray stronger stuff on the outside. I'm happy with the results. Service was good.

I was very impressed with this company's ability to meet me between jobs due to the fact that they were booked for several days and unable to take a formal appointment. I couldn't wait since the newly discovered pest appeared to be bed bugs. I collected a sample of the bug, drove to an address between their jobs, and they identified the bug as NOT being a bed bug. Thanks for quickly easing my mind! I will definitely use this company in the future.

I had to have them come back out and spray again. The service was okay. I didn't feel like they knocked down all the spider webs like the other companies could do. I had to call and E-mail them several times to get them to come back out. They hadn't charged me anything else. Their price was good. They should have responded right away. When I called them back, they should have called back right away and did it.

It was quick and easy. Second time using them and it worked great!

Haven't seen a bug since.

Gorilla aPest Control scheduled weekly visits to check the traps, but if a rat was caught they had no problem coming out to remove it and they did not charge more for the extra visit. I would definitely recommend Gorilla Pest Control.

Marco was very responsive. I called several other providers, most of whom wouldn't be able to fit me in for at least 7-10 days. I'm sorry, but when you have fleas in your home, you can't wait. In fact, we stayed in a hotel until our home could be treated because we didn't want to get eaten alive. Marco arrived on time, walked through the home and told me what he'd do, honored the Angie's List promotion even though I didn't have it printed out, and gave me some pointers of additional things I should do to ensure that the treatment would work. He was very patient while I spent at least 10-15 minutes getting last toys and linens off the ground so he could start. I have seen a few fleas since then, but he suggested giving it a few days. He assured me that he'll come back to treat my home again if necessary since the company offers a 2-month service guarantee. Overall, I was just so relieved that my home was back to normal.

still see c*** roaches...sent photo to provider...not sure if they will come back to spray or not

I had not used the coupon during the discount period. I explained the situation and they agreed to come Christmas week. I could not do it Christmas week. I told Marco what my issue was and that I had some roaches. He said no problem. Marco eventually came in February. He was dressed in street clothes and did not bring any tools or sprayers or anything into the house. The whole time he was there, he stood in one spot in the middle of my dining room and did not move. He eventually said he would not be able to help because I had an infestation. He didn't know if there was an infestation or not. There weren't any roaches crawling around or carcases VISIBLE from the middle of the dining room. Bottom line he said they do not treat infestations and only do preventative exterminating. Seriously?. The only time you need preventive treatment is for termites and ants. I never heard of anyone doing preventive treatment for roaches since roaches are not always present and only get into your house by being brought into it. What a rip. Using his logic I should buy preventative mongoose treatment as well. A mongoose could spring up at anytime. After all was said and done I told him I just wanted my money back. He said he didn't think I could get my money back.. Then he left. I was glad he left, because I was sure I could do as well as he could with roach baits and over the counter insecticide which I did.

rThese include small crevices in an enclosed patio, garage, and air passages for the attic. He was very professional, helpful, and concerned about the problem. I would recommened this company without hesitation. The $250 was for the placing of traps and five weeks of removal. I will pay another $375 for the placement of screens and rodent protection, which has a year warranty. This is good peace of mind for me.

I was very surprised at the results. I've had this done in the past without any results whatsoever! I told the technician that I did not want any spray in the house and in prior circumstances they normally tell you they can't guarantee that I'll be happy with the overall results. But he was confident he could fix the any problem by just spraying outside. It's been over a year and we have not seen any ants inside or out! I would definitely recommend this company and use them again!

Arrived promptly at appointed time and explained exactly what he would be doing. Gave me a choice of doing inside or outside first. Since I would have to vacate for a couple of hours asked him to do outside first. Got right to work. Sprayed completely around exterior of home and under the eaves. Since I did not have an infestation I did not have him do inside any cupboards or closets. Also sprayed inside the perimeter of my garage. When he was finished explained that he had seen an active wasps nests and took it down along with all other dormant nests for a very nominal fee.

On time, great service. Will use again.
