Gorilla Pest Control

Gorilla Pest advertised for a 2 months warranty, even told my tenant we have 2 months warranty. Then, they don't pick up calls. When they do, they claim there's no warranties.

The service was fine and we haven't had any issues since treatment. I would use them again if needed.

One rat was caught. I was pleased with the timeliness of their service and the guy that came over was very responsive. When the rat was caught he wanted prompt notification to take care of the problem. Sure enough I heard the rat get caught in the middle of the night and it was picked up early the next morning.

He couldn't find where the maggots were coming from but I'm confident there are no dead animals in my home given the exhaustive search. I offered to pay for the excellent service received but they refused payment. I am compelled to write this review since I believe they exceeded my expectations. We will definitely hire them again in the future.

Fantastic. They were very through and sprayed and fogged the house where needed. No roach issue since we hired them 6 months ago. We also ended up with a kitchen moth infestation and called them to help with that. It's a pretty big deal ( google it) to get rid of these things. Gorilla came out and explained to us what was going on. They didn't charge us extra for all the spraying that had to be done in the kitchen and instead just counted it towards our quarterly maintenance schedule. They also responded pretty much immediately. We've worked with two other companies in the past and this is the one which we will be staying with. Highly recommended.

Very nice people, but after treating the house and returning three times, I've had no noticeable improvement in the infestation.

They came on the day and time they said. The technician was very friendly and examined the room (mostly the bed+trundle) thoroughly while explaining what would be seen and where if there had been bedbugs. Luckily there were none. They had told me that there was no charge for an inspection and they stood by that. Very satisfied with their service and their attitude throughout the process.

Excellent job, in and out in a few minutes . Because we didn't have a lot of time, we asked them to come back a 2nd time , which they did. The gentleman that came out and do the job was excellent and very informative. Would highly recommend them again !

Job was done professionally and communication is easy. I decided to go with 1 yr to start and see how it goes.

We had three companies come out. George was very fair and logical in his plan of resolving our problem. And half the price! Another company tried to scare us into a very expensive solution. George and his associate were here most if the day cleaning, sanitizing and setting traps. George also identified the points of entry and sealed them.

Very well. They were on time, efficient and very professional.

These guys are great! Highly recommend. Marco took time to talk me through the process, returned several calls in one day. Very professional, courteous, highly knowledgeable in the subject matter. I hope I don't need them, but will certainly use them in the future if I do.

Technician Steven was on-time and listen to my concerns. I have a large home and my backyard has lots of spiders and ants that needs regular maintenance. Steven removed all cobwebs which our previous pest control company would never do. Our yard is mostly concrete with a pool. Steven arrived with a truck mounted sprayed and he did a great job at spraying the entire perimeter of the house including where all cements join together as that is the gateway for ants. I watched and everything he said he would do he did and more. I purchased the bi-monthly deal and this is our first treatment. Time will how well things work out or not, but so far and at the start everything went great and am happy to recommend them.

I got no response from the company. I called, left voice mail and sent email. No response at all. Also, you forwarded my suggested start dates and times to them. No response to that, either.

So, there's this guy Marco. He actually answers the phone himself when you call. And right on the spot, he make's an appointment. But the best part of this was when he pushed back. "I can't have him there exactly at 12:00 noon--it needs to be a window from 12 to 2pm...and I promise he'll be there in that window." And he was. 1:20pm, in fact. The kid who came was great. Thorough. Diligent. All on a Friday afternoon--and the fleas were toast by that evening. Thanks, Gorilla guys!

This was a easy, and definitive solution to finish this undesirable tenants, we will definitely use this company again in case we have to. If you have any pest problems give this company a call and they wlil take care of it!!

It was a process. It took more then a couple of months. I had to do my part as well in moving furniture, bagging clothes, all and all it took about seven + months. The first week it was two weeks consistently back to back. It was a month that I thought I was over the bugs were going. Then I saw one I immediately call them, the service technician that served me was name Marco Trejo. Great guy he was always on time and went the extra mile to help. So professional I highly recommend the Gorilla Pest Control for all your pest control needs. Today is 5/1/2016 definitely on speed dial.

it was a great experience working with this company. George came out with his crew and were on-time, professional and thorough. When it came time for a follow call, we had scheduled a Monday appointment but when we started to have a funny smell in the house we called the technician (Jack) and he said he would be there right away. Jack then drove from Ventura to Corona on a Friday night and arrived on Good Friday at 8pm to check on our issue. His attitude was never less than professional even though we had asked him to drive 2 hours on a Friday night to check on our concerns. Marco was great. . His availability was great and I was able to make an apt quickly as the ants were driving me nuts. He had some tips and ideas for me to prevent reoccurrence of the ants when he was at my house and once he had examined where the ants were coming in. He sprayed inside my home first and the preparation wasn't difficult. I just had to move small items away from the walls where possible. I stayed in the yard and did some yard work while he finished spraying the outside and he even took care of two wasp nests I had near the roof line. I was able to purchase a 1 year deal Gorilla Pest control had posted on Angie's list so that I can continue the treatments each quarter. It was a very good deal coupled with Marco's excellent service. Marco was able to prebook the next quarterly appointment with me at the time of the first service. I was very impressed with the work he did and he sent me a text message a couple days later to check that I hadn't had a reoccurrence of the ant problem. That is impressive customer service and much appreciated.
