Description of Work: Thomas Jaramillo, the Technician who provided the service, was very personable, courteous, and professional. He was able to address all of my questions and concerns. | |I received both interior and exterior spraying. The exterior was very effective for the spiders, crickets, and nuisance bugs. |However, the interior spraying was not as effective. I believe that was because the organic chemicals were used because we were not able to vacate our home for 2 hours following the spraying. | |This is the only reason I gave a B rating rather than an A rating.

Description of Work: We really liked this guy. Can't remember his name off the tinpot my head but pretty sure he was the owner. He helped us with additional info we had about the exterior of our home an rodents. He was an extremely professional and honest guy. Really like him a lot an will use their services again.

Description of Work: We had a major break-in by ants in our town home. Gorilla came and sprayed all perimeters of our property. We have yet to (knock on wood) have another ant issue. We will likely have the same treatment done this year. We called, they came, the ants left. It was that easy. Price was right, and service was great.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for preventative interior and exterior pest treatment. I really liked them. I think they did a good job.

Description of Work: I had rats!!! Thomas trapped one and seems to have chased the others away. He is a personable, professional guy, who has good advice and arrives promptly for the service.

Description of Work: They were punctual and sprayed around the house inside and outside for spiders and things. He sprayed an area that was suspect for termites.

Description of Work: Overall, I was very happy with the service. I was shocked to see a dead black widow by my back door the night of the service! Up until that point, I had never saw one before and I was very happy to see it was hit by the spray. If I had one slightly negative thing to say, it would be about the Angie's List guarantee that the company will contact me within a set timeframe after purchase. I received an automated response only, which requested me to call them to schedule an appointment. That's not exactly what was promised. But overall, I was very happy with the service and would use them again in the future. I'd recommend Angie's List change that statement on their website since it's misleading.
