Description of Work: Remove 3rd floor Wasp Nest from outside.

Description of Work: Gorilla offered an $89 pest inspection/ spray treatment. I bough the offer and responded to the email request for preferred dates of service. After not hearing back after a few weeks I emailed the provider again requesting service . I still did not hear back. Finally on the third try, after threatening to write a bad review I received a very apologetic call and agreed upon a service date. The technician came out and did a very thorough inspection, organic spraying, at my request, and recommended various measures to mitigate different bug and rodent concerns. He was very knowledgeable and professional in his approach. Other than the communication mix up in the beginning I found the company trustworthy and will certainly consider using them again if I have additional issues.

Description of Work: The gentlemen that showed up at my house was on-time, very nice and professional. | |He sprayed my yard and home perimeter in about 25 min. Which seemed fast considering I have a 12K Sq. ft. property. | |Since them coming out to spray for spiders and bugs it seems that my spider population have grown 500%. Before them coming out to spray I would run into about two spiders a month around the house. Since them spraying I run into about 5 a day. All different kinds. It is a concern cause of my animals. | |Not sure what they sprayed but it definitely does not prevent more spiders or kill any.

Description of Work: They helped us deal with a severe gopher infestation. When the first attempt didn't completely fix the problem, they followed up with additional treatments until the problem was gone.

Description of Work: Marco came out and serviced the property for roaches - inside and outside. I was not there but my tenants stated that Marco was on time and did a good job. A few days after the treatment, my tenants found one dead roach. Tenants have not seen any other roaches since the treatment. I am pleased with Gorilla's services and would use them again.

Description of Work: Arrived on time. Were courteous. Sprayed outside and inside for insects in about 30 minutes time. I cannot accurately judge effectiveness of treatment until I have time to see if insects show up inside house; hence the "N/A" rating on quality.
