Description of Work: I suspected that I had bed bugs. George came out and inspected free of charge and assured me that I did not have any infestation. What I liked was the complete professionalism he displayed. He promptly returned my call, explained thoroughly what would be involved if I had an infestation, and came the next day on time. I was very pleased with his honesty and the fact that he did not charge me for the service call. I would definitely use his services in the future should I have any pest problems. He does everything except termites.

Description of Work: They sprayed both the inside and outside of my home for insects. After they sprayed we consistently had more insects than ever before.

Description of Work: Provided 1st of 3 quarterly pest control treatments. Good price from angie's deal and great speedy communication on setting up an appointment and answering all my questions before treatment. The service itself was okay. I told the service man our main concerns were ants and spiders. Would have been nice for the person to remove spider webs. I will ask next time if they can remove them. Inside the house he mainly sprayed the baseboards. I will also ask next time if he can spray our attic since I'm sure bugs hide up there without it being visible to us. We did the organic spray inside since we have a newborn baby and regular spray outside. I did see a couple of ants inside our bathroom 2 weeks later, but this was also after a night of rain.

Description of Work: Provided traps for pest control the first visit. The remainder of service included five visits for inspection on the traps. Marco, would set appointments for the inspection and was prompt and courteous every time. He was also willing to give me information on other matters on flea control that worked real well. I would highly recommend the company.

Description of Work: Marko has been coming every week to bait the gophers. He is a very pleasant guy and hard worker. I didn't ask him to set traps so I cannot judge how good he is at that.

Description of Work: We had an ant infestation in the kitchen. They sprayed the house, interior and exterior. Because we asked therm to use an organic rather than chemical spray, which they felt was not quite as effective, they suggested we take out a two-month "insurance" policy that included return visits. So far, the house seems ant-free (and insect-free in general).

Description of Work: Really al you could ask for from a pest service. Polite, responsible, punctual every time. And they actually answer the phone when you call! Imagine that.

Description of Work: A man named "George" came from Gorilla on the 6th of April 2015. We paid for their five weeks of follow-ups but never saw or heard from anyone from Gorilla pest control after that initial visit, during which "George" set some ordinary rat traps, the same as we'd already done ourselves. He said he'd return the following Monday to see if any rats had been caught but never came again. On that first visit, "George" tried to sell us a more thorough plan costing $480 which would come with a six-month warranty. |The arrangement was for someone to come from Gorilla on Mondays after 12:00 noon when our housekeeper could be here to curtail the dogs and let him in to do his rodent control work. Our housekeeper, Reina, asks every Monday what happened that the man from Gorilla Pest Control never returned. Needless to say, we would advise everyone to avoid Gorilla Pest Control.
