Description of Work: Sprayed for cockroaches in a tenants unit. They had to return two extra times to spray again. They were very prompt and professional. Easy to deal with and would use them again.

Description of Work: They set up traps in the attic to catch a rat problem and inspected outside of house to check and seal any entry points. Their work solved the problem.

Description of Work: We don't have pets, but somehow we got fleas in our driveway area. We had fleas the summer before also, but we were able to get rid of them in about a week by using diatomaceous earth. We tried it again this past summer and it wasn't working. I would still get fleas on my ankles just trying to walk into my house. So, we used Angies List and found Gorilla Pest Control. Their service man came out and sprayed our entire front yard, back yard, garage, and indoor area to be sure. We had to stay out of the house for a little bit while it dried, but then there was no issue going back inside. It worked for a while, then we found a flea here and there. Then a few days later we found them more often. We called Gorilla back and told them and they came back out right away and sprayed again. This time it lasted a little longer, but the fleas came back again in the same manner. So, we called a third time and again, they came over right away. He sprayed again and this time it has been nearly a year with no flea issues. Summer is coming back up and I would have no hesitation in calling Gorilla Pest Control if the fleas come back this year. They came back out right away no questions asked to spray again if the fleas showed back up (I believe if they showed up within 20 days or so). My only complaint, and it's very minor, is the service man would show up about 10-15 minutes after the scheduled time. It didn't bother me as much since I wasn't going anywhere or doing anything.

Description of Work: I would use this provider in a heart beat -I called for a more expensive service and was told it wasn't needed, what an honest company they are friendly-honest-on time-easy to contact and return calls right away

So they didn't offer any services or try to sell me something I didn't need. |I don't know if my landlord paid them anything for the inspection. |The guy "Jim" was friendly, professional, and efficient; also prompt and quick yet thorough.

Description of Work: Rodent remediation services. Set traps. Sealed all openings and potential entry points. They talked me through every step, reviewed all the work with me, showed me the work done. GPC also set traps and checked them every week for 4-5 weeks and would alert us of their status (whether they found any trapped rodents or not). Gorilla Pest Control were professional, courteous, clean and discreet. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Came on Saturday, before Christmas!!!! The serviceman described exactly what he was going to do and why. Very thorough Even went back into house to retrive my cell phone. Service came with a 2 month warranty. will use them again if I have to.

Description of Work: He came for a free estimate & was very helpful & informative. Also very polite, professional & knowledgeable. We ended up not using because he said we could do it ourselves. I would definitely use him for future problems. (Marco)

Description of Work: I had them spray the perimeter of the house for ants. They did this last year with excellent results even though we did not have the inside done. I might be off on the cost as my wife handled that end. In any case we are ant free.
