Description of Work: People were very nice, but the treatment was not effective. Still have bugs in front and back yard. Emailed company one week after treatment to let them know that the treatment was not effective. The owner emailed me back saying that the deal I purchased did not have a guarantee and I would have to pay extra for them to re-spray for bugs. Will not use them again. We are unable to enjoy the back yard with all the bugs that the summer heat brings. Will have to research and hire another company to treat my yard for bugs.

Description of Work: Jack from Gorilla pest control came out because we had a weird bug problem. These bugs that look a LOT like cockroaches were hanging out in front of our house, and then recently started coming in. Jack looked around, was very knowledgeable and we talked about where or why they might be here. I gave him a sample of a dead one which he is having looked at. He sprayed, concentrating on the areas where we think they mostly congregate. Sure enough, just as he said, they are coming out and dying all over the sidewalk. He was helpful and on time and we are very satisfied.

Description of Work: Gorilla Pest treated my home for bed bugs. They use a spray technique and heat for leather couch, etc. They needed to come a total of four times and always responded immediately and graciously. Only one charge for the visits and when I finally disposed of a piece of furniture that appeared to be the major problem, the bugs were gone. I did a tremendous amount of preparatory work and kept my home relatively empty throughout the treatment period.

Description of Work: Complete house rodent proofing package. Sealed all openings on two story home. Provided limited trapping service follow up. Promptly returned to check and reseal on reported sighting of rodent access after initial service. Very professional, responsive and helpful to concerns associated with a tenant occupied home.

Description of Work: It all went quite well. The technician showed up well within the time window. He told us what needed to be done and then he went ahead and did it. He answered all our questions, was patient and informative. We were told that we'd see bugs around for the next few weeks (we saw a few), but for now, at least up until writing this review) they're gone. I would recommend this company.
