Everything was great.

No one called me.

We arranged a time to come and service my property for outdoor pest control. They were fine to work with and seemed very nice. I was not home when they came, someone else was here for me so I am not sure if they were exactly on time but I think they were. I am also not sure exactly what they did but I still have lots of spiders and ants out in my patio. I would not use this service again because I don't think I really got anything out of it. If it was just to keep the outdoor bugs out of my house then maybe that worked but that was not my problem.

The guy came out and sprayed the inside of the house. He didn’t want to spray the outside. He also wrote on the receipt that there was no guarantee which I thought was a little weird. I did not like anything about the service.

It took 15 minutes tops to explain the procedure and spray our 2500 square foot house. We vacated for several hours as requested.Very professional.

All went well. We got a two month guarantee, and it has been one month, no ants yet.

They came out after I purchased the "Big Deal" and the service went fine. It was the very time that I used this company and they were very courteous.

It was pretty good. We still have been seeing some spiders around here in the house where it was done. They were very quick. They got back us really quickly. I would have to say they did a really good job.

He came out the same day I called and arrived early! Unheard of. Nice job.

Everything went great. I paid an extra $45 for some additional service. They are very honest, high quality, and professional service. George clearly has experience in the pest control business. He was aware of the issues that are common with our house's construction and the environment. He even guaranteed his work for a period of time, fully willing to visit again if necessary. As expected and explained, we have seen a couple of bugs since that initial visit, and we plan on scheduling another visit.

The service provider was on time and very friendly and professional. He listened to our concerns and took a personal interest in our particular issue. He then offered two options to address the issue and I opted for the one that offered a guarantee. So far, it's been 30 days and everything is as advertised, the ant problem is nonexistent now as he guaranteed. The material he used was pet friendly but we vacated the home for two hours after he was done as a precaution. The technician was very knowledgeable, thorough, fast and efficient. I am thoroughly pleased with the results and my wife loves me again. I have no hesitations or reservations about recommending them or using them again in the future.

George showed up promptly and sprayed every corner of our house-both inside and outside. We were out of the house for a few hours after his treatment. When we returned we found many dead bugs and continued to see evidence over the next few days of the extermination of these insects. Our spider problem was out of control so it is great to see improvement in the number of webs in the area.

No Bugs ruined my parties for the whole weekend!

I used them a month later after the purchase. I could have just done the big deal but they charged me $49 for some extra work I have them do. They were very personable and he actually called me before I call him to check with me and see when we wanted to do it. I though they did a really good job, I grade them topnotch.

George contacted me when I purchased the service to set up a day and time. He provided instructions as what needed to be done to prepare for the service. He arrived on time and completed the job as anticipated.

Gorilla Pest Control are the only ones that have been able to take care of our bugs. They were more expensive but for the money they took care of everything. They didn't spray. They used something in a syringe. I talked with one of the owners who came her personally. He didn't want to spray until he put out traps to see exactly what kind of bugs we were dealing with. I was very pleased with that because we had been fighting them on our own. He didn't see anything on his first inspection so he put traps out. He came back a week later to retrieve the traps to see what kind of bugs we had before he would even tell us to spend money to spray which I thought was fantastic. Of course there were bugs. There were two different guys who came for two different trips and they were both wonderful. They were very polite and neat. I have birds so I was pleased that Gorilla Pest Control used this syringe stuff so there wasn't anything flying around in the air. He had put it in nooks and crannies around the house. They responded quickly.

It turned out fabulous! A week after treatment, there are no bugs!

George and the staff at Gorilla Pest Control are amazing! After I saw a cockroach in our kitchen that was so big I thought I might need to charge rent, I called George. My wife and I were panicked because we just moved into our home. George answered his phone 3 times after 9pm to calm us down and assist us! That kind of service is unheard of. Make sure to mention the $25 coupon on Angie's List and give George a call. These guys know what they are doing and they came out to our home the next day and worked around our schedule. They have a 2 hour time window, but George was kind enough to call my wife 30 minutes before they arrived so she could rush home from work to let them in. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GORILLA PEST CONTROL!!! They did a good job. They were punctual and professional. I would recommend them.

Jessie was very professional and polite. He share some laughs with us, but was did an excellent job. I will follow his advise and use this service again. He sprayed the cabinets, baseboard areas of the room, behind the appliances and share other areas of concern for future treatment. I appreciate Angelist and the job Jessie performed.

George is really extraordinary. He is honest and more likely to suggest the RIGHT way to handle something as opposed to the million dollar fix that is iffy at best. Will have hired him to come and give us monthly service for the spider & ant infestation. The price is right and after having him here and seeing what a great guy he is and how thoughtful and knowledgeable he is it was a no brainer. He was prompt, beyond polite and explained, in detail what he would do. I cannot say enough about him...in a business full of charlatans and dishonest folks willing to take your money and do nothing he is a GEM!

They were great. They showed up on time. They were available when I had questions. Their price was fine and comparable to the others. I would use their services in the future too.

Very satisfied with Gorilla Pest Control, they always arrive within the time frame told, always friendly service, and their work is very professional. I have a one year old baby and was always concerned with the chemicals, but with the products they use I have never had a problem. Definitely a great company, I would recommend to anyone.
