Seem to eliminate rats but had one in the house since. Don't know at this time if it was here before the house was critter proofed. The people that came were easy to deal with and very responsive when I called them. They even put wire on all of the pipes that are on the roof.

It didn’t cost me anything because they have a 2 month warranty.

I’m not sure he sprayed the same stuff. He didn’t charge me. I don’t think he sprayed the right stuff because it didn’t do anything for the fleas this time. Yes, I would use their service again.

It was a good experience. They had good communication. They are there when they said they are going to be there. Sometimes it takes them a bit to get back to you if you leave a voicemail or send them a text. I asked him several times about a continual issue I was having and he hasn’t gotten back to me. In the future if something came up I wouldn’t have a problem using them.

Excellent. They were on time and made repeated visits to check traps for rats.

Gorilla scheduled it right away, they came out on time and did the work. However, the treatment was good for a week and the ants came back the 8th day after. It wasn't very long-lasting for $100. There is no warranty or follow-up service if the ants come back, so keep that in mind.

I can't praise these guys enough. Within a few hours of my first phone call, George showed up at the house. He set traps immediately and the next day, Angel came to check for all entry points. It took two weeks to catch all of the rats and many visits to check traps and haul away the remains. George and Angel were always available, always professional and always in good spirits. I would not hesitate to use them again.

After the prior tenants moved out of the condo I bought, roaches were running around during the day. I had Gorilla come out once while the painters were there and it helped a lot. A few weeks later, there were still some stragglers. So they came out again for no additional charge and put spots of organic pest killer (I have cats and had to be sure it wouldn't hurt them).

Very well so far. We also purchased additional warranty for three months. It has been about two weeks now and it appears to have worked.

I would most definately refer and endorse this company. They were friendly, efficient, and their follow-up has been great. We have two more follow-up inspections and so far there have been no additional rodents. The gentlemen are within 5 minutes of their scheduled time to visit, which is wonderful.

Marco came over, looked at the walls, house exterior, entry points, and mouse poop around the edges of the rooms and determined that I probably had one single mouse living in the house. He said I could go to the hardware store, spend a couple bucks on mouse traps, and get rid of the creature myself. I very much appreciated his honesty; he could easily have charged me for rodent removal. I bought the traps, braced myself, and indeed, caught the mouse. It was not as disgusting and traumatizing as I expected, although in the interest of keeping it real I'll tell you that it was moderately horrifying and I did involuntarily scream at one point. But at least this horror was free, and the mouse is gone. I'd hire these guys, who seem to be both nice and honest, in a heartbeat if I ever need more extreme rodent control.

Steve set some traps and we caught 3 so far. I'm hoping that's all of them but they will still be by a couple more times to check the traps.
