Very personable. Very good job that came with a 2 month guarentee.

It was alright. There were additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They were a little late.

The person sprayed around the house on the outside, cleaned up all visible webs, sprayed the potting plants and plants In the front yard.

George was great. My mom had other commitments when I got her the coupon and George was patient and diligent about scheduling when she was ready. He found ant trails where my mom had never seen before. He was efficient, courteous and effective. I always hesitate to get specialists for my mom because she is rarely happy with the result, and then I have to hear all about it. But George did a fabulous job and she was, and is, very pleased.

Nice job. Small shop, the tech who did the work, George, is one of the owners. Discussed ways to take care of skunk problem--thanks for the advice! I had him come back and do the inside, too, as a separate job. Will definitely use him again.

It was good. They did offer a guarantee for another $59 I believe but we didn't take it. We were having issues with spiders. I think it worked but for a very short period. The spiders started coming back soon after but I'm guessing it's more likely just because of the environment, not really the service. George, I believe was his name and he was very courteous. He was on time and he had open communication with my husband who made the call. He told us when he would come. He actually went to the wrong address but we got that sorted out and he was very nice. He gave us a lot of advice. He also checked my attic. He was very nice. We would recommend him because he was easy to work with and very personable.

They did a good job. The work was not guaranteed due to the inexpensive price, but I have had not problem with ants or spiders entering the house. I had not had any infestations inside prior to the treatment, but saw a lot of ant activity outside, so wanted to head off any inside problems. So far, so good.

I wasn't home at the time. My husband said they had to come back and treat some areas they missed, but they did so, and the treatment seems to have been effective. I don't know what they charged. I hate using pesticides, and wouldn't have done so except that we had house-sitters coming.

He came on time. He did external spraying and I did see dead bugs after.

Showed up on time, performed services as explained and was very courteous. The problem seems to have been fixed. I'm very happy.

So Far it has been only 5 days but I haven't seen any silverfish yet. It seems like he knew where to spray and the area to target. This is my first time getting a treatment to get rid of these silverfish and spiders. He said that it would last up to at least 6 months and advised that we should get the treatment once a year with warranty. I will definitely use him for next service and will not hesitate to refer him to anyone in my complex.

The appointment was very easy to schedule. They were right on time, listened to our concerns and took care of them in an efficient manner.

Wonderful service from the actual pest control technician, but problems with communication and scheduling with the main office. First appointment missed without call or explanation. Second attempt went perfectly.

Excellent service, solved ant problem and protected house against other insect problem - being very careful about our pets.

There was no guaranty for the spray, which is i should cancel the service and very sure i can do it my self next time.

George was punctual in all of our interactions (phone and in person) and super clean. He went over everything I needed to know regarding my new home. I had a couple of large ant trails outside that I was concerned about because I knew that as soon as food was in the house, they would be, too. George came out and sprayed the chemical version of his poison around the outside perimeter of the house, as well as inside the garage AND the fence outside. As I'm a more natural sort of person, though, and prefer to not have toxins in or around me, I chose to do the "organic" one (essential oils) inside instead. George was awesome in explaining that the organic was great for killing on contact, but the "residue" didn't last long and wouldn't be effective after a few days. I thought this was fine as I hadn't seen any critters inside. He offered me a package deal to come out once a month, every other month, or once a season and use chemical, organic or a combination, like I had just done (inside vs outside) for an ever decreasing price based on number of visits. I said that if I needed that service, I would definitely call him (or Marco, who I also spoke with) but so far, the place has been critter-free... thankfully! :) NOTE - I had to put in a dollar amount and $109 was the amount I spent, but it's lowball because I got an Angie's Deal - don't know if this review will automatically say that. The service I had would normally be much more.

gentleman was very responsive, scheduled quickly. showed up on time. performed interior service on entire house. but still saw pests (silverfish, roaches) after the service.

They did a great job. They were very prompt. The gentleman that came out was very friendly and even did a little bit more than what the Big Deal stated. He was thorough and followed all of the trails. I was very happy with the service.

I was very satisfied with the service overall. It was done promptly, as promised, which also made me happy with the service.

On time, I was a little late but the provider waited for me.

From the initial scheduling to the service calls, I give an "A" rating. However, I am not completely satisfied with the outcome. After three (3) spraying(s), inside and out, I am still experiencing periodic problems. It has improved, however, I am not rid of pests. George has been professional, courtesy, and has explained helpful details related to pest issues. I am considering maintenance but am not convinced that it will rid the problem or that Gorilla Pest Control can resolve.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. They sprayed pretty quickly and painlessly. The guy seemed pretty professional. I don't think we really needed it in the first place but my wife did but if we will need pest control again, I probably could see her calling them in the future. We just paid the price of the Big Deal. I would definitely consider using them if I need to.

Representative was timely and did a good job explaining what was going to be done. Also, answered additional questions and gave estimate. All and all it was a good experience.

A complete waste of money. This is not really a special. They give you a lower price because there is no warranty. If you want a two month warranty, you must pay a higher price. The gentleman spent 25 minutes and sprayed something around the perimeter of the house. The very next day the ants were back. The only reason I wanted the exterminator and which I "specifically" mentioned to the gentleman who came to do the work was to get rid of the ants. We can to a much better job and at a much lower cost by using Raid Ant Baits.

They came and sprayed a perimeter to protect our house from pests. Also sprayed some potential problem areas outside. He also answered all my questions and gave me options for additional pest control of our house. He was professional, courteous, and prompt. The company was very responsive in regards to scheduling and provided several options within a reasonable time frame. We were very pleased with their service and will definitely use them again.
