It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. He came in and did a once-over and did what else was part of the service. He pointed out some things that we're still looking at. He was very professional. There was no extra cost. He did have a proposal for us in the attic but that was what I had expected them to do. It was my first time to use them. I bought the Big Deal because we heard some scratching in our attic and we weren't sure what kind of animal might have gotten in there. He came up, looked at it and put forth what his company could do and if we weren't interested in spending that amount of money, there were a few simple things that we could just do on our own. He gave us a list of what those were. The only reason why we chose not to pursue anything with them further was because what I need to get done in the attic, I think, is a little more than just sealing it off from pests.

They first contacted me and told me to call to schedule the time. They were on time and the deal worked well. He went around the property and he explained the entire process. It was a good experience.

I bought an Angies Big Deal for Gorilla Pest Control, to spray inside and outside for bugs. I had recently moved into this new property and had noticed a lot of spiders in my house. They came out right on time on the agreed upon date, and I asked a few questions about how it works, etc. He sprayed outside first, and then told me I needed to vacate to spray inside. I had to stay out a few hours, but he answered all my questions and the bugs seem to be gone.

He came out yesterday for a deal we purchased. He was on time and did his job. He was very personable.

He did a great job. Fully covered all areas and advised us of any recommendations. We had a wedding in our yard two weeks later and we were pest free!

Sprayed inside and outside the house. Asked them to concentrate on the kitchen and guest bathroom as that is where we were having the greatest issues, which they did. Still having issues in both areas, but they have suggested having them come back in a couple of weeks and do it again for $45, which we will probably do. Otherwise , we were happy with their service.

Marco spoke with my wife and I before we even set up an appointment, Regards to our concerns regarding roaches. Satisfied with the information he provided us, we proceeded to schedule an appointment to me meet at the property. We did a walk through talk some more regarding the safety of all and he explain the process of what would take place. He advise the treatment would take around one hour with two of his employees spraying. It would take five weeks to eliminate the roaches and their eggs. Marcos provide me with a two month warranty, Just incase the chemical treatment does not kill all the roaches. His crew showed up on time, they where respectful, patient and efficient in providing the service. I will follow up with my review after the five weeks have past and provide an outcome.

He came at the appointed time, explained what he was going to do, and went right to work. He was done in about 20 minutes. No complaints so far.

The gentleman arrived on time, introduced himself, listened to my requests for spraying, and then got right to work. My husband and I were impressed with his professionalism.

I was looking for one-time service Pest Control company. I called many company's but they wanted me to sign a 12-months contract and pay every month. I just wanted one-time service that Gorilla provided. He was very nice and extremely professional. Showed up at the exact time that our appointment was set and finished in 20-30 minutes interior and exterior of our home. The result was great and we didn't see any insets after that. I will be calling him again for another service soon.

George Gorilla came to my rental unit for an inspection of a 'flea problem' that a tenant had called in. He was thorough and professional and promptly called me with his evaluation of the problem. He ran down probably causes for the tenants issues, but determined there was no flea infestation and no need for treatment. He could have easily sprayed the place just to get the job & fee, but he did not do that. It is so refreshing to encounter that type of honest business these days. If I ever have a concern or pest control issue, I will 100% use Gorilla and have already referred them to my neighbors!

I bought this in order to try and get rid of some pests around the house. After multiple calls I never heard back from the provider and had to find services elsewhere.

They showed up when they said they would, listened to my concerns, took care of things quickly, and suggested further services, but didn't give me a hard sell. I haven't had an ant problem since, though my cats still manage to find an occasional roach to play with.... They aren't licensed to deal with termites, though they were able to recommend someone else who is when that becomes an issue. I don't really have anything to compare them to, but they seemed to know what they were doing.

There were so many spider webs outside the house, it was driving me bonkers. So I decided to take advantage of the Angie's List special that this company was offering, and have them come over to spray. George, one of the two owners, came over and spent around a half hour spraying away. He did use a chemical, not anything organic, and since it was outside the house I was happy with this choice. Well lo and behold, it is now one month later and I have had zero spider webs anywhere! I don't know how long that one treatment will last, but so far I am quite pleased. Their regular price is much higher than the $69 I paid though, so I don't know what I will do in the future...because I think the $69 was the fair price for that quick service.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out very well. He was a very nice guy. There were no extra charges, but they did offer to sell a guarantee, which I wasn't interested in. He was a good guy, and he went above and beyond what he was supposed to do.
