Easy scheduling, courteous employee. Asked where problem areas were inside the house and sprayed entire foundation outside. Would use again.

They came out and they sprayed and the next day, the bugs were back. We had to leave and left him here by himself and I think he didn't quite finish his job. I would not recommend him at all. He didn't do the job as he promised. He was on time from when he said he'd be here. He was very pleasant when he did it, he just didn't do the job.

Went well. I am going to call them again .

The ultimate service was good, it seems. Getting there, however, is another story. First, no one showed up at the appointed time. When I called, they said they had no record of the appointment. Then, they called back to set another one. A half hour before that second appointment, they called and said they had to reschedule. That same pattern repeated itself the third appointment. When I raised h***, they promised a guy at a certain time -- and he did show up, evidently a sub-contractor, who knew nothing about the lead-up to his appointment. He was nice and thorough, but I'd never go through Gorilla again.

I was concerned because I didn't sign any paperwork and did not receive any invoice, receipt or even a business card. I left due to the nature of the work and assume the work was done but didn't get any contact info...

Ants were entering the house through a kitchen window. Exterminator sprayed the exterior of the house, all around the property. This was a one time service and not covered by a warranty. We've used similar services that come with a 30 day warranty but such services cost around $100 in our area. Usually, a one-time spraying does the trick when we have an ant problem and once again, the one-time spraying took care of the problem.

I had to get a refund since they don’t do termites. They were professional enough, although I am still awaiting the refund.

Perfect! Scheduling was a breeze. Arrival was well within the time frame given. The technician that arrived was diligent, neat, thorough, and friendly. He sprayed all along the house perimeter, under the house eaves, inside the garage, garden shed, and laundry room. I could have had him spray inside the entire house, but was concerned about the smell. So I only asked him to spray the upstairs attic. It's been about 2 months now and it appears that the spray is still working. I haven't had the same spider problem as in the past. And my cricket infestation is literally gone! Well worth the $89 and will use this company again .... AS LONG AS they offer another $89 deal. I don't think this type of service is worth more than that price.

He was on time and went to work immediately. He again offered to spray the interior as part of the Big Deal, but at the time, because of work being done, it was in too much disarray. He actually offered to come back and do the interior if I called back within a month. I thought that was above and beyond the call of duty but certainly deserves being mentioned even though my work was not completed within the timeframe.

Scheduling was OK. He seemed knowledgeable. Communication was also good and he let us know we should leave for a period of time due to the chemicals. The treatment was effective for about three weeks. They tried to have us purchase a larger pest control package. The pricing was great.

He does know his business very well, and he didn't try to cross-sell, nor did he give me a hard-sell on periodic fumigator -- which I greatly appreciated. When he arrived I discussed what the issues were at my property and why I wanted the inspection. It turned out that what I really wanted was a termite inspection and this firm does everything but termites. He did inspect and fumigate for insects and we discussed problems that I have had with mice and rats. We had to leave while he was fumigating, and I felt very safe leaving him alone in the house. Owing to the low price I suspect it was a spot-treatment, but I did find a number of dead silverfish around the house over the next week or two. Professional with high personal integrity, and I was satisfied with the results. He said that what I thought were termite droppings in my garage were actually from crickets -- much to my relief. To Angie's List: I'm not sure if it was my fault or yours, but I would suggest that there be a clear statement in the listing that this firm does not do termite inspections.)

I bought one of the deal coupons for a one time spraying. The service was punctual and we have not had any other cockroach problems since (after battling them for 6 months). We did get a few in the bathroom for the first time after spraying, but Gorilla warned us that if we didn't spray the whole house this might happen. We chose to only spray in the Kitchen though. Some RAID roach gel finished them in the Bathroom. Great Service. Glad we bought the coupon

We had to be out of hous for 2 hours afterwards, but we were there outside the home while the home was being treated with a spray. Have not seen ants inside since - so so far so good. Also there was no oder or problems with humans or pets afterwards.

I haven’t seen ants since! It was good. Scheduling the Big Deal was easy. We got the service scheduled the next week after purchaing the Big Deal. I have a regular pest control company, but I might hire them again. They were good people.

He came out and he was very professional. He arrived early and did what he needed to do. I have a child and we left so that he was able complete the job. He was nice and very polite. I have not seen any bugs since he came out.

Did Not Use. Please stop asking me. The information that matters is correct. Your form is irrelevant for a non existent service. Please try to provide for this in the future. The "Overall" grade is higher because you don't allow a N/A for "overall." It's your problem, not mine. This is really more trouble than it's worth.
