Eliminated problem with ants that I've been having.

The service went fine. They sprayed the outside of my home. They were very responsive and easy to schedule out. The technician was professional and showed up on time.

They were fine -- just okay. Not great, not bad, just okay.

Vendor promptly called me to set up an appointment. Had availability when I needed it. Technician was prompt, professional, and polite. Oh, and most importantly, I have not seen a single ant since! Thank you Gorilla! The only improvement I could ask for, is that they wear shoe covers in the home.

Very responsive, punctual, professional. Careful, considerate, courteous on site. Explained what he was going to do & how he would proceed. Was done in less than 20 min. So far ant problem has subsided.

Came on time and took a look around the kitchen where I thought the problem was. He then went to our California basement and located the areas where the mice were likely living. Since my husband and I aren't squeamish about baiting and removing traps, he said that it wouldn't make sense for us to pay them to do what we were more than willing to do ourselves. Very honest and extremely helpful in showing me how and where to set the traps and prevent the mice from entering the house. He even texted me the name of a possible mouse deterrent a few hours later. If I ever have a worse issue, they will be my first call.

Arrived on time, commenced job while I was at house but I had to take pets away as drying would take four hours. He locked house when he left and I returned about five hours later to Gond everything OK.

It went pretty good. I had a rodent problem and George gave me some tips on how to handle it. During our walkthrough of my home before he began, we see a dead rat and he was kind enough to throw it away for me without me asking. Great service and I would definitely recommend him and use this service again.

Not a good experience because the service was not performed.

I couldn't believe how hard these poor folks worked for a mere $75. I really wanted to stick with green pest control so first they came to spray something that smelled like root beer everywhere. That did nothing. So they came back and left ant poison pellets everywhere. That also did nothing. One day I came home to find that probably 7,000 ants had decided to attack the trash and I gave up all my ecological principles. I called them and told them they could drop a bomb if they wanted, I was done. They came and sprayed gallons of horrible stuff on my back yard and the ants were gone, gone gone. A year later, we're starting to see them around but they still haven't become enough of a problem to call them back. The fellow who came was very nice and good natured about all the times he had to come to our house. I was very impressed with their service and would not hesitate to use them again if the situation ever gets bad again.

It took little back and forth through email to scheule for an estimte but they were on time for the estimate. It seems they were knowledgeable and very informative. They were on time for the schedule and we were pleased with their service.

So far so good, it has only been a couple weeks but the ants are gone for now.

Marco arrived EARLY, YES I SAID EARLY to my home. My room mates said that there were rodent droppings. Marco explained the situation and made recommendations that will save me a bundle. I would hire him agin in a heartbeat!

We bought an Angie's Big Deal for this. The guy arrived on time and was cheerful and efficient. It took him 20-30 minutes to treat both the inside and outside of the house. He said we couldn't be inside while he sprayed in case of a reaction to the spray. We didn't smell anything or feel any effects after he was done. $89 seems a little high for the short time it took, but we haven't used a pest control service for a while...

He was a little late but it wasn't his fault and he called ahead to let us know so we were prepared. He did a thorough job on the outside and even came inside to take a look at the basement (which has outside access). He gave me a good description of what he did and went through a couple options on monthly or bi-monthly services. I would definitely use them again.

The gentleman was on time, and he was friendly when dealing with me. Unfortunately, the treatment only covered ants and spiders which was disappointing since I primarily wanted a treatment for pantry moths. Additionally, I have noticed a few spiders in my house since the treatment, and my roommate has mentioned seeing termites on the side of my house recently.

George was super professional and answered all my questions. I will probably go on a quarterly plan with Gorilla Pest.

My second time using Gorilla Pest Control. $89 is a really good price. Will use again. Very good experience with them in terms of: communication, scheduling, having them come to our home, and the end result. Highly recommended. Very professional people.

The technician and customer service was very punctual, kind and had great insight on their service being readily available in case of any future callbacks if needed. The onsite technician gave great insight on how to prevent pests which was quite refreshing being recently relocated here. Knowing I could not sleep knowing there was at least one widow spider lurking I had to let Gorilla Pest Control the role out of my hands of taking care of that business. Now I feel free and less at risk in my studio.

Professional, punctual, pleasant and appeared to do a good job. I assume it will be effective. What more can you really ask for for this kind of service...

it went very good sprayed my entire home for ants. the man was very professional and the price very reasonable haven't seen any ants around the house so hopefully it stays that way thanks.

This was done at my tenant's house. It worked out well and she was very happy. They were treating for black widow spiders.

He showed up on time and performed the service requested. He was thorough and polite and I was very happy. I have always had a big problem with spiders and since the service have not had one inside the house, plus there are way fewer webs around the outside of the house. Really pleased with Gorilla Pest Control and will use them again for sure.
