They seemed committed to fixing the cockroach problem, even though it meant extra visits on their part. he was suppose to do interior and exterior did exterior only said he had no knowledge of interior. did exterior in less than 30mins.

The gentleman arrived, was professionally dressed, punctual and professional. We had a few silver fish and spiders in the townhome we moved into. He sprayed the baseboards and entrance ways throughout the home and after this service, we haven't seen one bug. I would use them again if necessary.

I spoke with Marco about my flea problem and he recommended a full spray. I mentioned that I have a newborn and a toddler. He recommended to talk to a doctor to discuss any potential dangers, which I thought was a good idea. I took up his suggestion and did not feel comfortable to continue, to which I explained to him and he graciously understood. However, a month later I still had flea problems. There were a lot of fleas outside, which individuals would unknowingly bring inside the house on occasion. Thus, it was extremely frustrating to constantly fight the battle inside the house to kill of a few fleas that we knew would grow into a larger colony. Thus, I called Marco and asked him to spray only the exterior. He agreed, but also cautioned me that it may not be completely effective, since we're not spraying the interior too. But this is what I wanted because I do not want chemicals inside the house with a newborn and toddler putting everything/anything in their mouths. I'm happy that Marco accommodated very quickly. He had an opening days later. His employee Steven sprayed quickly and was out the door. I went outside to see if my bare leg would be attacked by fleas and I didn't notice a thing. So far, so good. I only hope it lasts, as those pesky stray cats are bringing in the fleas throughout the neighborhood! All in all, I would highly recommend. He's not the cheapest, but he is communicative and honest.

They were fine! We did have some residual ants, but I understand it's not a one-time-kills-all deal. We got what we paid for. There were no additional fees associated with the deal and the pricing was competitive.

The service went fine. I was trying to have an exclusion barrier installed for rats. I also had some residual termite work to be done. The staff was able to get rid of the pests. 3-4 technicians came out and completed the service in a couple days. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

I'm very satisfied with my experience. George is the owner and was great. Knowledgeable, calm and didn't try to upsell on additonal treatments; although by then, I wanted to do more than what he initially recommended. But, we started with his recommendation. He came out one week earlier to assess the issue and areas impacted--in and outside. Then came back next week to spray. Part of the process requires that any interior areas, cabinets, closets be cleared out where spraying would occur. Also, the house must be vacated for 3-4 hours after spray applied. I cleared areas the night before and took cat for a 3 hr. outing. There was no residue or toxic smell. One month later, no ants or any other crawling insects inside. Any outside sightings, I've addressed with my own ant spray. However if they appear in mass again, I will definitely call them back. My expectations of how long poisons are not high. No ants. It's a game changer...

The service went fine. The technician completed the job in about 15 minutes and did a nice job. He sprayed the inside and outside of the home. The pests seem to have gone away. We did not have a huge issue with the pests initially. The technician was also polite, on time and efficient. I had no issues with scheduling the service.

He did more than I expected. He also got a tool and removed spider webs under the roofs, window sills etc. Very friendly and answered questions, was willing to do any location. I just didn't know that spraying inside would make me stay outside for two hours so I skipped it.
