They were great and very helpful. They were diligent and got the house, garage and yard sprayed.

They did really good. One treatment seemed to take care of it. I was very happy with there service.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service but wasn't able to use it before its expiration date. I contacted Gorilla Pest to see if they'd still be willing to honor the deal, and they were very accommodating and allowed me to use the voucher for its original intent so that I didn't have to pay the regular price. Much appreciated! The visit itself was also very easy and straightforward - they came and sprayed everywhere as appropriate and were willing to get to any areas that I requested as long as I'd cleared any obstructions out of the way. I had a really bad ant problem in the kitchen, but after the spraying they went away and haven't returned (and it's now been a year or so). Probably time for another treatment to ensure they don't return...

quick and easy

They contacted me right away, they asked what dates were good for me and they stayed in contact with me up until the day of service. They arrived at the specified time and answered all of my questions. I haven't seen crickets or spiders, and the ones I have seen are dead. I'm very satisfied with the results.

Initial contact was great; quick and efficient. The provider followed up with our tenant repeatedly to ensure that the problem was eradicated.

Would not do it again. Very light spraying, had bugs again almost immediately. Next time I'll do the full treatment, including under house.

One of the questions is "Would you use this provider in the future". I selected "yes" so Gorilla gets good ratings, but honestly, we wont HAVE to use them again. George and his crew came in, blocked every conceivable entryway, and made a few visits afterwards to check on things.

The provider was finally able to catch it. It took a couple of weeks for him to be caught. They set up traps and everything imaginable to catch the rat. The techs were polite, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would use them again if necessary and recommend them to other members. The provider was extremely responsive and came out right away if there was an inkling of movement. Tommy was just great.

The service went well. I didn’t realize when I purchased the deal that they didn’t do termites, but had them go ahead and spray around for pests anyway. They did what they were supposed to do and showed up on time. I probably wouldn't use them again because they don't spray for termites which is what I need the service for.
