Terrible experience. NOT recommended. Booked 2 cleaners for 5 hours @ $380 for a DEEP CLEAN on a Friday, as we were moving into a new house post-renovations the following Saturday. Made it very clear it was a large house, needed a lot of attention, so we agreed to increasee it to 3 cleaners for 5 hours @ $525 to arrive at 8am. Day of - no one shows up on time. One cleaner finally appears after 9am, NO supplies. Tells us the other cleaners are on their way. We run out and get her supplies. She feels terrible, also mentioned that she had just started working with Golden Shine. We start calling the service, telling them no one is here and the cleaner has no supplies. They keep coming up with excuses that more people are on their way. No one else shows up. Finally after the 3rd or 4th call later in the day they admit no one else is coming, as the cleaners called in sick, but that the ONE cleaner they sent was going to do the job of 3 people for 12 hours, instead of what they originally sent. They then agreed to send an extra cleaner to finish who couldn't arrive until ~8PM (YES, PM) Long story short, while the one lady who cleaned busted her tail to make due, her service was NOT up to par for a deep clean, and the guy who came after barely did anything beyond just clean up after the first lady, and didn't want to stay all night to do what was needed. We did NOT get what we paid for, and the overall service sucked. They refused to refund or discount as we did not request a follow up cleaning service within 48 hours (but we couldn't since we were already moving in). I don't think we would have wanted more from them anyway. BONUS: The first time we booked a few weeks earlier, we had to cancel, gave them ample notice. A cleaner showed up that day anyway, clueless we had already cancelled.
