Working with our Gizmo team is always a delight. Greg is quick to respond to any inquiries and always makes sure they are addressed as soon as possible. Landon handles the house visits and is always a delight - shows up on time, every time, and consistently provides great customer service.

Gizmo's installed a complete home automation and entertainment system in my home and on the outside property more than 10 years ago. Over the years Gizmo's has installed additional equipment and updated other equipment as technology changed and improved. Gizmo's and the systems they have installed are fantastic. They are extremely professional, friendly, competent, and capable. Whenever I have a question, I send an email and get a quick response. The few times I had something that needed to be fixed, they promptly came out and remedied the matter. Whenever I was going to have new third party equipment installed for security systems, awnings, shades, etc., Gizmo's provided information and assistance so that the new equipment worked well independent of and in conjunction with the equipment installed by Gizmo's. I could not be happier. Greg, the owner, is a wonderful person who takes pride in the company he founded and is always personally available to help. I cannot imagine retaining anyone else for home automation and entertainment needs. You should definitely place Gizmo's at the top of your list when looking for a company for your home automation and entertainment needs.

Gizmo was hired because our prior AV team built us a terrible system and were awful about fixing. Gizmo came in and said, this is exactly what we need to do and what it will cost --- and then made it happen. They are honest, knowledgeable and helpful. I wish we had hired them in the first place. Since then, they have come in and updated our systems and troubleshot over the phone, over the internet and in person. Each time, excellent service.

Home Automation projects can be daunting. Which system to choose and finding companies to stand by and support the system post initial install is a real challenge. I have been supremely happy with the Gizmo team. They actually stepped in and helped us fix the mistakes of our initial installer (a different company) and have consistently been there as we have expanded the system with multiple TV's, AppleTV's, WiFi, Lighting and beyond. They are responsive, finish on budget and go the extra mile to make sure the work is done right. They get an A+ from me!

Gizmo is really the only company out there that responds and makes things happen. Years of frustration with our old company have been replaced with satisfaction with Gizmo!

I recently purchased a new house, but the original Control4 dealer who handled the installation ignored me for several months. Although their services are not cheap, their excellent service and integrity are worth every penny.

Gizmo has been servicing the home entertainment system in my unit for the past few years. I’ve been nothing but impressed. Greg is very responsive, organized, and on the ball. He has made appointments for me in a timely manner, explained the necessary steps for the service request and done everything he can to accommodate my schedule. James is a wizard. He has been in the profession for almost 20 years and knows electronics like the back of his hand. He is patient and truly knows what he’s doing. Both Greg and James are extremely kind, respectful, and professional. I highly recommend Gizmo to anyone looking for a custom home system.

Years ago a company built out our A/V system. To say that they screwed it up would be an understatement. Hired Gizmo to review/fix/upgrade and they did an excellent job. Subsequently they came in to install TVs, troubleshoot WiFi, help us connect other devices... They have been OUTSTANDING. Some of the troubleshooting was handled via email or messaging. Other work has been in person. Fairly priced, always crystal clear about what our options are and friendly. I'd hire them again in a second.
