+ -1 moreWe had to wail a bit because we were hit with rain. When the tiles were removed, it rained and leaked threw my ceilings before they could get the tarp up to cover the roof. As part of the roofing, they painted all my ceilings. You wouldn't know there were water stains. This team was terrific. The roof looks great. In addition, when the final city inspection happened, the inspector said that they did a great job. That made me feel even better about choosing Gio Roofing. I've already given their information to a friend and one of my neighbors.
Description of Work: They removed my tiles, put down new underlayment and reapplied the tiles along with updated rain channels. I had a big roof, so it took about 2 weeks time to complete the process.

+ -1 moreHonestly Impressed. This is my second property I had to do a roof on and I'm glad I went with Gio this time. I had a "nightmare contractor" and fell victim to being gouged by salesman. Gio's guys gave a competitive bid and most importantly got the job done right. Looks great, easy process, and couldn't ask for anything more. I even got some FREE gutters!

They quoted me less than two other companies I had asked for estimates and I really appreciated that they were responsive and efficient. My roof is as good as new and they worked very quickly!
