+ -1 moreWe got a note from the gas company during a building inspection that we couldn't have rope on our dryer ventilation pipe (put there by a previous owner) and needed to replace it with heat-resistant tape. The gas company advised us to call out a plumber for the fix. After a previous plumber I called completely balked at the job after he got here (even though I told them exactly what I needed over the phone), saying that he wasn't going to move the dryer to fix it--I called Gerhard Weise, who I familiar with due to work they do for our HOA. He'd thrown away the rope and replaced it with heat-resistant tape in 10 minutes, all while only slighting moving the dryer to gain access.
Description of Work: Fixed a clothes dryer pipe.

Description of Work: I chose Weise plumbing because they are the current plumbing contractors for my condo's HOA so I knew they would know my plumbing system. I hired them to install a kitchen garbage disposal, 3x new faucets and replace old pipe system. I think their quality of work is good but price came out higher than expected. There was an issue with a part that got broken which was caused by Weise. I was able to obtain a new part by exchanging it at the store but it caused a bit of inconvenience. However overall I think they are good at what they do and I would recommend them.

+ -1 moreThey're fantastic. I had several other companies come out and they all told me I would need to replace the regulator and that it was going to be an expensive fix. Gerhard was able to fix the issue very quickly and cheaply. He showed up on time and I trust him. I would highly recommend him.

+ -1 moreWe always use them and we love them. Pretty much everybody in our condo complex uses them. They are always on time. They are very personal. They know me when I call them. They always get the job done. They are not the cheapest but they are very reliable. They are fantastic.
