 + 0 moreI thought I contacted the Geek Squad and when I realized I contact Geek Choice, the manager said I was disrupting time with his family. I spent 75 minutes trying to deal with this problem and felt they should have contacted me when they realized that the tech could not come to do the service but they never did and I wasted an entire weekend day. I feel that they should reduce the price and that they should have contacted me early Saturday when they realized they could not keep the appointment.
Description of Work: The company said they would send a technician on Saturday, June 2, 2012 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. At 4:50 PM I contact them and was advised that they could not send someone out to fix my internet service. I was not advised that there was a 30 minute minium although they insist they did tell me that. The tech came on Sunday 06/03/12 at 11 AM and spent less then 15 minutes to rectify the problem. They were unprofessional. rude and untruthful.
