My husband needed to have outlets added to a wall to run a machine. Garafano Electric came out and gave us a competitive and professional bid. We needed the work to be done soon, and even though they were booked out, they went out of the way to accommodate us on a Saturday. My husband, who is notoriously difficult to please, spoke highly of the gentleman that came and did the work. Thank you Garafano Electric!!! We are happy to have found you!

William was the project lead. His service and that of his associates was very professional and timely. Everything was done carefully and via permit. William was worried about a rain forecast and used double the men that what was originally discussed to make sure the job was completed quickly, with no extra charge. Price was what I expected - if anything it was a touch less. I also used Garafano to change a regular socket to a GFCI one, and to fix the polarity of another. The job was handled quickly and professionally. I will absolutely use Garafano in the future.

William did a great job. He knew we wanted the charger installed as soon as possible, so when he had an unexpected opening in his schedule that was several weeks earlier than the date we had originally set, he came and did the work that day. We have an older house, and he managed to find a way to run the conduit in the garage so that it was unobtrusive and also avoided infrastructure that was already there. His work was efficient and professional, and his price was very fair.

First of all the work that was done was great. William came by for an estimate and was very friendly and punctual. He had some great ideas that improved upon what we were asking for. It was because of this that we hired Garfano even tough they weren't the lowest bid for the job. Com e to the job itself. The communication after the initial estimate was bad. Garfano scheduled my service but was a no show. When I called, I found out they had us in the books for the next day even though I had an email confirmation for the day before. Unfortunately I had taken the day off work to be home for this. Mistakes happen, but this could have all been avoided if I had gotten a standard confirmation phone call earlier in the week. When they did show up the work was great with the exception that William left in the morning and did not inform the crew about a bypass switch I was expecting. This meant the crew had to do double work to add it at the end of the day adding a couple hours to the job. Also a change needed to be made to the plan and I was strangely not notified or consulted until after it was done even though I was home the entire time. I also asked for an estimate on modifying the electrical box but after the crew took a look I never heard back. Additionally I was never contacted to see if the work was satisfactory. All in all Garfano gets an A for finished product, but a C- in communication

Garafano Electric is very professional and courteous. They arrive on time, complete the task at hand in the time they estimated and clean-up upon departure. They are also helpful in making suggestions when installing new lighting. We added new lighting in a dark living room, replaced old kitchen "can" lighting to new LED lights as well as replaced outdoor security/sensor lighting and added one more extra bright security/sensor light in a dark area of the front yard.

It went great. I believe this was the third time we've hired Garafano, and they've always done great work. They work closely with us to discuss options, ideas, and make sure we're happy. Will continue to hire them whenever we need electrical work done.

This is the second time we had services performed by Garafano Electric. They were prompt when coming for an estimate and when installing the outlets. They vacuumed the areas they worked on and billed us for the amount quoted. Would hire them again.

Prompt replacement of breaker to allow safer usage. Next day email delivery of estimates for moving all breakers from outdated panel to main panel as well as repair of riser conduit. Also provided estimate for relocation and replacement of shorted-out pond power box. William is very professional and pays attention to details. Explained what was working and what was not and why. Very patient and interested in providing appropriate services.

I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Garafano Electric for any electrical work. From beginning to end, William was very responsive andl helpful. He showed up on time to give me an estimate and once I signed up with him, he showed up and patiently waited for an Edison inspector that flaked out on us. On everyday of the job, his crew showed up on time and worked tirelessly on the job. This is a testament to William's honesty as a businessman. The job ended up requiring more material and labor than originally estimated due to the house layout. He stuck to the estimate he gave me and completed the job as promised without any additional charges. When needed, William even came on the weekend and completed the job himself. I only wish I could have all house contractors provide as excellent a service as William and his crew.

We've had kind of middling experience with contractors so far since buying our house. That is NOT the case with Garafano Electric- they were so amazing that I just called them to ask them if they can refer us to other amazing service providers. Quote: William arrived on time and took his time explaining his process to my husband. We bought an older home and William discovered (previously undiscovered) knob and tube wiring and explained several interesting facets of older homes to my husband. He took the wiring issues in stride and recommended what should be addressed right away and what could wait a day or so. He gave us a competitive, fair quote in a day or so - but honestly my husband liked him so much I think we would have hired them no matter what. Work: The crew arrived EXACTLY on time every day. It actually seemed like they were waiting outside our door until their watches clicked over from 7:59 to 8:00 a.m. then they rang the bell. They brought their own materials to protect our hardwood floors and removed them when they were done. They were courteous, fast, and very friendly, explaining everything they did to my husband. Everything worked perfectly. Best of the best!

They are coming next week to install some tin lighting in our kitchen. I got three different quotes and theirs is really competitive. I would absolutely use them again.

The electricians arrived promptly and got to work right away. The inspector was called and the installation passed. The only glitch was that in gaining access to the roof one worker chose the area of the roof covered with Spanish tiles and he walked on them. After I objected, he found another way to access the roof.

The workers did a fantastic job. Everything is working well and running smoothly. William did a great job at the start to give us an estimate along with our different options. The whole company really excelled at being flexible with our schedules, working around the schedules of our other contractors and working with us when another job popped up. Will use them for every electrical job from now on.

William & his crew did a BEAUTIFUL job with everything! And to top it off, they did what was going to be a two day job in ONE day, by bringing in the ENTIRE CREW, because my mother had a medical emergency and it was looking like I would have to leave town on the second day of the scheduled work. All the work is CLEAN and everything is working perfectly! They showed up ON TIME, and worked hard the whole time that they were here. They also did a GREAT job cleaning up. I would HIGHLY recommend these folks, and I would call them again in a heartbeat! Thank you!
