I'm extremely nervous person so when it comes to something stressful I prefer just be out of that. But unfortunately it isn't always possible. So when I had to move to another part of the country I was sure that would be one of the most stressful things for me. But it appeared I was totally wrong. The thing is that I hired their movers and they were heaven sent. The movers' team did everything so efficiently that I had to do nothing but contemplate them working. I took a chance on flat price auto shipping. I say "took a chance" because honestly, I had my doubts about moving cars some 993 miles away. There just seemed like too many variables that could go wrong and I'd be left with nothing but problems to deal with while trying to get settled in Colorado. I was pleasantly surprised. When they first arrived to our house to pick the cars up, the driver was so great - even telling us to lessen the weight of the items we stored in the trunk so that it didn't scrape the bottom of the big rig. He genuinely cared and wanted to assure us that everything would be fine. We waved goodbye and kept our fingers crossed that everything would go as planned. When our cars finally arrived, I was home alone and bringing both cars back to the house (the rig simply couldn't fit on the local streets). The same driver who picked up our cars insisted that he drive the cars back to the house so I didn't have to worry about it. I was so appreciative that he wanted to really help and knew right then and there that I was dealing with a company that knew how to take care of its customers. The cars, while filthy on the outside, were in perfect shape - not a scratch or dent to speak of. All in all I cannot tell you how pleased I was to have chosen Flat Price Moving & Auto Shipping. They got all the details and said their next availability was only on after 2 days, which was fine with us. The person also mentioned since cars would be delivered next day they will charge a bit more, when they gave final quote I was surprised. They were charging less than 2/3 of all other movers we spoke to. So without thinking further we booked them. One the day of pickup for transport, they gave a window of 9am-10 but sharply arrived at 9. Sergio and David, surveyed all our cars and wasting no time they started loading. Less than two hours all the cars was loaded and ready to go. Few days later as scheduled , they promptly arrived at 9 again, call us and asked which cars goes where. Once we showed up, they quickly started the unloading process. Again everything done in less than two hours. Must say Sergio didn't waste a minute during the whole transport process.
