Esau and his crew installed a drip irrigation system, landscaped a difficult piece of 83 foot sloped property strip and reinforced the retaining wall. My Olympic size pool was built alongside the wall with a 6 ft walkway between the wall and the pool. During the entire time of construction there was not one iota of soil, sand, stones, branches of wood or other building material swimming in the pool or on the bottom of the pool. They cleaned up well and thoroughly, which, from my past experience, is not always the case. The project price was competitive, even superior considering their precise and clean work. Everyone in the team was polite and friendly. They left behind a happy customer.

We needed someone to troubleshoot why our backyard sprinklers are not working. Esau is highly responsive and communicate. He came out, was able to troubleshoot the wiring issue, adjust the sprinkler heads to hit the right spots of the grass, set the right timer. He's also update to date with the latest app/technology if we wanted to change the current sprinkler system so that we control it from our phone. I'd highly recommend Esau/First Rate Irrigation!
