+ -1 moreI wanted to repair the cracked leather on the arms of a used executive office chair I picked up at a garage sale. I looked at kits online, but I thought I might be better off having an expert do the repair. Larry was very nice on the phone and came out to repair the chair. And wow, the process is magical. The previously damaged arms look brand new! I can't believe the transformation. And after watching the process, I think it is something better left to an expert with the right tools and expertise. He used an airbrush to blend the colors, and obviously knew the right technique to get the repair to look stunning.
