Fernando and his team were available, professional and efficient. Fernando gave us honest and great advice on the best way to install our sprinkler system for our small lawn and drip irrigation for the hedge and plants around. The work he did was good but he kept insisting on irrigation that I didn’t feel I needed and cost was too high. I had a hard time communicating with him. If I asked or questioned anything he kept saying I was accusing him or his group of bad work which I wasn’t. We ended our business association on a bad note. I had to then look for another company for lawn care! I was extremely disappointed in the relationship. I did use another company via Angies list to work on my sprinklers for less money... their work came with a guarantee and was easy to communicate with!

Well I called for another twice two separate weeks there's a part and he didn't respond until 2 weeks after the second call he left a short message which I appreciated however I understand people are busy but at least acknowledge one of those message sooner than later this is the reason why I graded him as I did and this is the reason why Eli do I would like a landscaper I would not want to use him because of lack of professionalism. all I would appreciate it is just that a Mauser other call maybe if not after the first one the second one sooner than later I don't think that's too much to ask and when it left a message at least acknowledging for some reason why I don't even had called him back but by that time I didn't want to. I was saying closing the reason why I chose fanello I look the ratings and they were positive so I was excited off apps working with him looking forward to it based on those ratings but I guess you can't believe everything you read and this is an example of that

Fernando was very responsive to my initial inquiry and gave me a reasonable estimate for the fence installation and monthly lawn maintenance. The work involved cutting back years' of ivy and removing it along with the remnants of two old large dog houses. I found him to be very conscientious in that went to my neighbor's yard to trim back and clean up ivy that had fallen into their yard. The fence is lovely and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Great. Fernando arrived promptly and brought an assistant who spent several hours on a ladder getting the dead stuff off. They took out bags and bags and bags of discarded dead leaves, etc, and washed down the yard when they were done.

He showed I agreed to a service quote was to be sent and date schedule he never followed up looking for someone new

Have used Fernando and team for about two months now - they're fast, hardworking and did little extras I didn't ask them to do (they potted a few plants for me -- which I was planning on doing myself over the weekend!). Really happy so far and give them a thorough recommendation for regular service.
