Fernando's Complete Landscape & Hardscape

Fernando was always prompt to respond and on time with his crew each day. The worker or workers he employs are diligent and thorough. I do not speak Spanish, but Fernando was always available to communicate instructions to his workers. On one occasion, they uprooted plants that we had wanted to keep; Fernando replaced these immediately at no expense to us. We hired him to do a major cleanup in the summer of 2018 and had him back again this year. I would hire him again without hesitation.

Fernando and his team are excellent. They are punctual, creative, thoughtful and just delightful. They have great expertise on everything garden-related from plants and flowers to trees and grass and they are also ecological. Plus, Fernando is always available for any questions and advice. I would highly recommend them.

Fernando was prompt and called me immediately. He was able to come that day to repair what I thought was a single problematic sprinkler valve. Upon inspection, he discovered another issue with the main sprinkler system. He was able to replace the parts promptly, and I haven't had any issues since. I will definitely call Fernando again!

He show up when he said he would and did the work. I did not get a bill with his Fed ID #. He needs to send that to me. Otherwise he did a good job.

It is my great pleasure to recommend Fernando’s Complete Landscaping. My husband and I re-landscaped our property in at the beginning of 2018. It is beautiful and drought tolerant but the landscaper installed sprinklers rather than drips and I thought that since she was the landscaper, she knew best. As time went on, plants did not thrive. They were getting hit above the mulch by the water and not getting enough of it. I was so disappointed after all the money that we spent. Cut to Fernando who came in about six months later to redo the irrigation system. Fernando works very hard to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied. There were a few things that I wanted to tweak after the job had been paid for and completed. Another landscape guy might have said that his commitment to me was fulfilled and that I had signed off: not Fernando. He deeply wants his customers to feel satisfied and that they got their money’s worth. He wants you to be happy and takes great pride in his work. While he has a team, Fernando oversees all aspects. He is reasonably priced and knows what he is doing. I cannot say enough about him and his work. Please consider Fernando for your next gardening job. You will be impressed. I will definitely call on him again for my landscaping needs. My only wish is that I had contracted with Fernando from the very beginning to do the irrigation.

Fernando is very professional and knowledgable. Very pleasant and courteous to interact with. Took their shoes off upon entering our condo without me asking actually. The trimming job was completely timely and the plants are looking much better now (one month after so far). The irrigation system was installed successfully and functions well. We let Fernando know that we prefer to alter the piping route slightly, he then came back to complete the job with small additional cost.

Fernando is great in every respect and well-deserving of the excellent reviews he has received. He responded promptly to my initial call and completed the sprinkler system renovation on schedule. I would certainly use his services again and highly recommend him.

Right off I knew we were in good hands. Fernando first check the main water meter, and pointed out there was no indication of water leaking when we weren't using any water in the house. That meant there was a good chance the leakage was happening when the sprinkler valves were opened by our automatic timer. Fernando and his assistant surveyed the sprinkler system turning on all 8 valves and hunting for leaks. And they found them... two minor leaks and one big leak (in a pipe near where another contractor had removed a large tree from next to our house). They spent the rest of the day repairing the leaking pipes and replacing damaged sprinkler heads. They also found a problem with the automatic sprinkler time which was causing some of the sprinklers in certain areas not to function at all. They went out and got the new timer and gave us a discount on the price. Fernando promised to come back the next day and adjust all the sprinkler valve units, and he showed up right on time. When I returned from an errand I found Fernando, digging around a pipe by the corner of our house near where that big tree had been removed. He explained he had discovered another big leak in the spot and was digging til he found the break that was causing it. He got a couple of parts to fix it, and told me--much to my surprise--that he wouldn't charge anything for the work he did on that day because it wasn't in his first estimate. I was so impressed with his sense of fairness that he finally agree to let me at least pay for the additional parts he had to buy. So we were both happy. In a nutshell, Fernando did a great job, he has a great attitude and sense of doing things right and making the customer happy. I'll definitely use him again.

We appreciated Fernando's efficient online cost estimate with full description of the work to be done, and invoice payable by paypal. Professional, pleasant and well informed.
