FERNANDO'S CABINET

They delivered the kitchen incomplete, it's still incomplete. I've been trying to get someone out here since January to complete my kitchen. I've called the BBB and they have at least 5 complaints against them. I keep calling them everyday but nobody ever calls me back. They once called and said they would come out and complete the kitchen, but they never did. I have 4 cabinet doors that are not on. 2 cabinet drawers that are not in. 2 cabinets that are too narrow, i can't use them, they are going to have to be pull-outs. There are some shelves missing. There are 6 pull-outs drawers that are missing. And the staining is incomplete. The design did not come back like the specs we had drawn up.

Salesman Pierre promised he would have cabinets delivered a week earlier than normal to meet my deadline for a rental property. This did NOT happen. Cabinets came a week late. When I called the shop to get this order expedited they were not helpful in trying to resolve this problem. Instead I just received excuses. Cabinets are all wood but the quality is just OK. Drawers are not melamine lined. One door is a little warped and staining on some of the edges is messy. Also do not use cabinet installer recommended by Pierre.
