I used EZ to fix sliding door lock that broke at my rental property. Company had ultra fast response. The tech coordinated with my tenant and was able to get out there the very next day. The tech replaced the lock and sent me photos. Very happy with the service. Thanks!

Bobby was professional and knowledgeable. We have older doors and he was able to repair them so that they roll smoothly and quietly. I would recommend them and use them again when we’re ready to put in new doors.

tHEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND STARTED WORKING , THE DOOR WAS OLD AND NEEDED DIFFERENT ROLLARS THEY FOUND ONESTHAT WORKED FAR BETTER THAN BEORE. II COULD OPEN AND CLOSE DOOR WITH ONE FINGER A FAR CRY FROM USING MUSCEL. I AM SO GLAD I HIRED THEM. THEY TOOK SCREEN TO RESCREEN AND FIX SLIDING BEAUTIFUL!! Zach was professional, knew his way in and around the construction of the door to quickly identify the issue and resolved it. Brought his own tools and setup to properly work on the door. Huge difference.

they came on time, had the right lock hinge and left in ten minutes. didn't especially like the $95 charge but I needed the fix. overall good experience.

Other widow companies told us the frame had shrunk, and new door had to be installed. This tech had the door out in 15min.new wheels installed. And now the door slides like butter.???????

I have used this company before to repair a sliding door, and the tech (Tony) did a great job. However, I needed to get a closet door repaired so I called to schedule a new appt, and requested Tony but he was booked for 3 weeks, but I was willing to wait, so I booked it. They called 1 day before he was scheduled to arrive and told me he suddenly moved out of state, and they would need to rebook me with another tech (Dylan) in 2 weeks. So I scheduled a new appt. They just called me now to say they needed to reschedule again because the tech suddenly moved out of the state. That is two techs that have suddenly moved out of the state. When I asked who the new tech would be, they said Dylan. But is who my appointment was with originally. They said well, I don;t know what to tell to you, but he is no longer available. I said this is ridiculous. Then she hung up on me. Something is going on with the company. I am not sure what it is, but I would stay away until they get things settled down. Maybe the service will get better.

Dylan die a great job. I notified me that he was running early so we moved the appointment up to earlier in the day. He explained the work to be performed and the cost. The work was done very well and he was very professional. We have a follow-up with some additional work. I would use this service and Dylan again.

They did decent job. Could have installed the track correctly for more better closing the sliding door. It works but not how it was before.

Total rip off. Wanted $850 to re-hang an existing pocket door. After tech left i single handedly rehung door onto track. Works fine after MY repair.
