Alex was able to repair my sliding door. He advised that it wasn’t a permanent solution and likely that I’ll need to replace it. After it all, my sliding door is repaired and he did it quickly and professionally

Called before he arrived so we could lock up the dogs and give him parking instructions. He examined the doors, re seated two doors and replaced plastic rollers with newer metal rollers. All done and back in service after 1 hour.

Pricing caught me off guardâ ¦.employee just doing his job to upsell. Coming from sales I understand. My door is operational now and he did all that he could to get it to that state. I would request him again when needed.

It took a couple of days for the custom track to arrive but as soon as they received it they hopped right on it and with in 3.5 hours we had a working door good as new without that 2000 dollar new door price tag. It was not cheap but wish we had done it 10 yrs ago. Abe and his guy were polite and clean and did a great job.. they have to rebuild every part of the door and replace the track that had been worn thru to the cement. It was a hot day with our dogs barking at them but were uncomplaining professional and quick. Don t wait if you have a worn out door call Abe at crazy glide he s the best.

They did a good job repairing my door but felt they were rather pricey for the amount of time it took to complete the repair.

Way overpriced. I told them no way because I had another quote much lower and they came down to within the other quote. I only used them because they were there and came down on price.

Dependable and the work is flawless. Cleanup of the job is good. Making sure to remove all old parts. Keeping things neat and clean. Friendly and efficient.

He met and exceeded our expectations (even though we feel that the EZ Sliding Door fixed cost of the repair was excessive). We would give Victor's service 6 stars if we could!
