I was glad that some one came out when they said they would actually sooner than they were supposed to he was polite and strait to the point did a wonderful job however I went to ace hardware the next day unrelated to my door and asked them what they would charge to replaced the rollers on a sliding glass door he owner Said its an easy repair $180 I just payed $450 and I do have confidence in ace hardware so if I need work further on ill be sure to check with ace first

This turned out to be a pricy fix. Replaced two door roller assemblies and the track. the tech was there approx. 30 minutes to make the repair. Charged $455.00.

Excellent customer service from scheduling the appointment, receiving an estimate, and completing the job to our satisfaction. The service person arrived within the scheduled time, He replaced the sliding door rollers and cleaned and lubed the track surface. He made sure that we were satisfied with his repair. He also cleaned up after completing the repair. Our sliding glass door slides like new again!

They did a did a very good job replacing by sliding door rollers and lubing he rail; the door slides easily now. They were very efficient; they were done less than 40 minutes. The price seemed a little high; it was at least $100 more than the estimate that had came up on Angie's List. I would use them again.
