Price was too high.

We worked on price and ended on something we all thought was fair. They were in and out of my house within 1.5 hrs or so. fantastic job.

The repair people had to reschedule from the original date. He showed up ahead of schedule, which was nice. He charged $550 to replace the wheels on the bottom of the door. I thought that was about $300 more than it should have cost. I feel he took advantage of a senior citizen. After replacing the wheels on the door it still felt the same difficulty to open. He then kept adjusting the door and found that he did not get the back set of wheels on the track correctly and then the door slide was easy. So, good job. The cost was too high. I would recommend them only if you just got your social security check and can put off your renewing of medication for a while. Jason was nice and polite and we are fortunate that he had the tenacity to fix it right.

Everything went fine just a little expensive

Buyer Be Ware, this is not a reputable company. The address is an apartment building. They did not finish the repair that we paid $850.00. They pouched the job and said they would come back and make good on the job. Never came back to finish job. The sliding door still sticks and only opens a few feet.

Great job the employee was very polite and on time.

My tenant was satisfied with the worker and she stated that he was polite and informative about prevention.

Christian did a fantastic job fixing the sliding door. It needed new rollers and a track cover and it now works better than it ever has. Christian was courteous and efficient. Definitely recommend EZ Sliding Door Repair.

I accepted the quote - my bad. At completion - to realize the labor charge of $350 for about one hour work, I am sorry I accepted the quote. Having reviewed how to do this on YouTube, I expected to see a greater level of professional skill needed to complete this task. I could have done this. Also, the parts the cost markup was exorbitant. After completion, I checked online for parts. The mark up was extreme. I am glad I did not have the slider wheels changed: quoted $250. Online parts place, about $40.00, with rather a simple installation.

Marlow stated that he is very happy about completion of project that was done by our home advisor pro. he stated that it was excellent service and wanted to grade pro follow request.

Showed up on time, fixed what was broken. A little pricey but worth it to have a working door.

I was dealing with a lock that didn't work for several weeks. I was told I had to replace my sliding glass door by another vendor. I put a request in on homeadvisor in the evening, got a call in the morning, and received a quote the same day. Jorge came out the next morning and my sliding glass door lock is fixed. I would highly recommend EZ sliding door repair.

I thought the price was a little high for the job done. But it had to be fixed and they did a good job. I would call them again because I feel the job will be done properly.

I cannot express how satisfied I am with Jorge. The sliding door is extremely heavy since we have high ceilings, Jorge made it look easy. I would definitely call EZ Sliding Door Repair again and ask for Jorge and rate his professionalism and courteous with 6 stars.
