EZ Sliding Door Repair USA, LLC

They replaced the lock on the slider but the part that locks the slider sticks out and no other slider that I have seen does that. The company says that is normal. I have a 3 year warranty with it and I will probably have them come out to change it again. I just would like a company to fix something right the first time without making yet another appointment.

EZ sliding door repair got the job done but I suggest you get a couple of estimates first.

He repaired the existing sliding glass door device. He also explained questions that I had about fixing the locking device.

The Tech was great but was unable to complete the job as he didn't have the necessary part for the patio screen slider. I'm waiting to be contacted to set up another service appointment to complete the work. My glass slider door was finished & works perfectly now!

Harley came to repair the door that I had been dragging open and closed for years. He did give me the cost prior to commencing his work. He was quick, efficient and the door slides easily. I open and close it because it is such a pleasure to do so now. It was expensive but I am glad that I got it done.
